I drank it, poured half teaspoon in a cup with enough water(filled the cup) and drank once daily. It tastes like diluted salt. Please make sure you take your folic acid

No I'm not angry, I read and corrected myself immediately. I didn't do the concoction thingy, I hate raw eggs and can't imagine having it inside my system. I did only baking soda and baking soda finger and by His Grace it worked for me and according to Google it shouldn't be used for more than 2wks. I did from cd6-cd9 and I thought is the same method for the banana e.t.c

I don't think this is right. I learnt the concoction should be taken once in 3months. Taking it 4 days straight is way too much

It Is to be taking a day after AF and I dont think it is monthly thing like clomid that one can take continuously for 3months cos i heard that baking soda, banana recipe is to be taking once in 3 months.

Eg. if AF last for 5days which is Cd1 -Cd5 then one can take it the following morning which happens to be Cd6 on am empty stomuch.

Lolzzz, the baking soda also has other function thoo, banana also increases libido and fertility. But if you can do the baking soda finger tip b4 bd to make your V alkaline to welcome sperm, then you can try it

Take it the way clomid is been taken since it's to boost ewcm. You can do cd6-cd9 depending on your cycle length and stop before ovulation.

Ofe Akwụ(banga soup

Ingredients:
3derica Akwụ (palmfruit).
1kilo frozen turkey (you can use ponmo, chicken, meat, fish e.t.c,).
3cubes of knorr.
Salt.
Fresh pepper.
Crayfish.
Scent leaf(nchaanwu)
4onion bulbs.
2small sizedAzuokpo(dried catfish).
Okpei (iru/castor seed according to google ).

Preparations

1:Wash the palmfruit(I always wash, dunno the process it passed through before I bought). Cook it till is soft and can easily be pounded. Extract the oil from the palmfruit(I extract the first using normal water, pound it again, put it back in the bowl and use hot water to extract the final product)
2: Wash the turkey with salt, season it with chopped onion, one knorr cube and lil salt with little water (not too small) and cook till done.
3: wash & cut the scent leaf(any size you like). It gives the soup a sweet aroma. Cut the onions and set aside.
4: Pound the Okpei/Crayfish/pepper together(you can grind) and set aside.
5: Wash the Azuokpo(dried catfish) with salt and soak with hot water(to kill those longerthroat living things)


Cooking Directions

1: Set the pot of palmfruit extract on fire and cook at high heat. Cook till it thickened to the consistency that you like.
2: Add the cooked turkey. Sieve out the water from the soaked dried fish and add it to the soup.
3: Add the chopped onion, pounded Crayfish/pepper/okpei, salt and knorr cube to taste. And allow to boil very well.
4: Add scent leaf and allow to cook for some mins.

Serve with rice and e.t.c

my dr said on my next appointment that i will be given malaria drugs and he also mentioned fansidar or chloroquine so i just wanted to kw if it is safe at 15weeks. I cant self medicate after what i went thru oo . Thanks n hope you are good?

Dunno if fansidar is safe at 15weeks cos is still first trimester, I know of chloroquine but they will give you piriton in case of allergy. Maybe ma'am soonest will help you out. We're good dear

Please mama I won't advice you to self medicate, just see your doctor, run malaria test and he'll give you the drugs to take. Chloroquine is good but what if you react to it.

They refused to admit her. Said since she is taking the ORS well then there is no need as whatever they will give her is just to dehydrate her and the ORS is already doing that. How long did your baby's own last?

My baby own was close to a week +, ORS did nada for her, vomiting even joined, when she coughs, poop will come out, I tried pap without milk, banana but nothing helped. I was the one that shouted at the doctor to admit her.

Same thing happened to my daughter, all the test results came out clean even poop. Finally they admitted her cos she was too weak, eyes sunken, was even vomiting, her butthole was If is bad, they should place her on drip cos she's loosing electrolytes.

You should have started using folic acid by now. Doctors and sabi mamas say it is important for the formation of the baby,especially at the early stage. You know,to prevent birth defects and ish.

I trigger the vomiting sometimes cos after eating it'll come and build mansion on my throat.

Pregnancare contains folic acid and Co but I've swapped it for fruits and vegetables. I'll buy folic acid today
