Please is there any way of reducing weight gain during pregnancy,the way am just adding weight is too much.
The most painful aspect is the way people laugh at my weight gain,am really sad about it and it's affecting my health because am scared of eating and my ulcer pain keeps increasing.

I'm here wishing to add, if I tell you what people have said ehh, some said maybe I've contracted a deadly disease etc. I don't know how I've not fallen into depression cos of it. I have fast metabolism. I'm now on a protein shake diet,every morning and night I blend oats + 4banana+ peanut butter or groundnut+ watermelon +condensed milk or hollandia

till I cried when hubby didn't buy Coldstone that I requested for, instead he gave me Supreme. The heavy weight loss, food aversion, Bobo over gummy body.
I finally borrowed myself sense and tested.

Totally relatable. Didn’t even start getting into the experience till after my 13th week. I was a shadow of myself, couldn’t eat, lost weight. But now I can’t imagine not being pregnant or having this baby in a few weeks
