I make plain oat not too thick or too watery. I allow it to cool, pour it in my blender, add 3banana, tin peak milk, a spoon of peanut butter, ice cold water/watermelon and blend. Then still put it in freezer after pouring it in a water bottle container (covers face)
The way baby puree is made.
Is yummy but maybe you won't like it

The minder should try and teach him how to share.
He'll adjust when the younger one also come. My son is 18m, he'll fight for his toys and still take his elder sis own with a lot of screaming. Sometimes they'll fight over it or sometimes she'll let him have it maybe for peace of mind. But later he'll still give her back especially when she does the latter.

Loss of appetite or just cos of the weird taste. Have you tried eating your food pepperish? It helped me then with my son.
If is loss of appetite, try and ask your doctor if you can take Astymin or Apetabon.

What am experiencing right now in pregnancy

If I don't eat constantly eyes start turning me, whole body starts shaking and nausea sets in.
Even if I am not hungry, it's the same, I must eat. I have added like 18kg this pregnancy and it's just 6months plus

Another thing is the tiredness that refused to go away. Even with all the eating th tiredness is still there, no strength to do exercise or daily chores hence the constant weight gain

Lolzz, I can imagine. I just finished eating hot peppered jollof rice with Cucumber. As I brought it down, I just dished out my own, that one is tasting cos I'll still eat dinner. I'm not even bothered about the weight gain until after I deliver.

The hunger pang I can't explain. My legs will be shaking like I have not eaten, coupled with headache. You're not alone sis. I ate swallow(fufu) with okra soup in the morning, few minutes I started shivering cos of hunger, I drank tea with egg bread and plantain. I slept off, woke up very hungry, prepared yam on fire, drank goldenmorn and smoothie to hold the hunger, I brought out 5pieces of yam to eat with red oil cos the goldenmorn did nada. I still ate after cooking the vegetable yam. Around 4pm I ate okra soup.

It's Thai green pepper. Harvested when it's not matured.

100% alternative to nsukka yellow pepper.


The only downside is that it's green. Might not look good if u want to use it for pepper sauce. So good in Akara.
A beau to fried rice. Combine it with turmeric and u get a wonderful colour
