Doc, I have dry cough for almost 2 weeks now. The docs didn't prescribe any drug initially, but I met another doc who gave me cough syrup. I have taken 2 bottles of different cough syrups but its not cleared.

Today , a doc recommended amoxyl . is amoxyl safe for 22 weeks pregnancy? Other ppl say septrin will be better for me.
Please advise.

As for the cough have you tried natural remedies like taking enough water especially warm water, ginger+honey, taking fruits rich in vit c or check if it's an allergy, some cough syrup are not advisable for pregnant women.

It's AJU MBAISE(hope I got the spelling right), I read it helps with flattening the tummy after childbirth and also boosts milk production.

I don't know about it but some people already said it on Facebook that it doesn't flatten tummy but it helps to bad blood after childbirth.

Put your legs on pillows while lying down or sitting down
Exercise your legs.
Follow a low-salt diet.
Don't stand for long and also take a lot of water.

The water should touch your hp, sit in your bottom inside the water. You can buy sitz bucket from lady25
