I didn't know that Benin is in the North East
Would you say Obajana (Kogi State) and Okene (Kogi State) are in the South-South?

I've traveled that route a lotta times. I wonder why they had to bring Benin into it and then name it 'Phase One', if not for cheap propaganda purposes. That road is entirely in Kogi State and could be comfortably called 'Obajana-Okene' road without any qualms. But, in order to make it look as if they are doing something for the South-South, they had to christen it a name that would confuse people. My dear! We are not confused, that road is in Kogi State and Kogi is not in the South-South, nor in the Niger Delta...

@the bolded, those roads are not in the South-South, please. There is nothing for Rivers and Bayelsa States in this budget. Like someone said earlier, what's in it for the riverine communities which are the mainstay of the economy? You said something about next year's budget, what happens if some of the roads in the North are put in next year's budget, while those for the riverine/coastal areas are started off in this year?

Kudos to the OP!
OP is not working with/for the Ministry of Budget and National Planning. He's only doing a patriotic duty of sensitizing the Public on contents of the 2016 Budget.
We don't need to channel our frustrations to him, rather we should appreciate him for taking his time to "summarize" the contents of the Budget on regional basis!
Thanks to those who will listen!
He is among the recently employed social media warriors that met with Osibanjo recently. He is actually doing a great job to earn his take...

Its your fcvking retarded's fault. he did give any room for production in 6 years in charge.
In those 6 years, the price for a ream of paper was a constant, K at N600. Now that the sophisticated and supersonic are in charge, its skyrocketed to N1,300 and its a pity that you still can't afford a ream of paper to write your petition. My bad! dear, your case is even more pathetic than earlier imagined. I'm sincerely and genuinely sorry for over-rating you.

Its one year already and you are yet to buy even a sheet of paper, not to talk of pen or even pencil.

By the way **** I hope you know that a ream of paper which used to be N600 in May, 2015 is now N1,300.00.

Do you know a Prado GX goes for less than N10m? Ab initio it used to go for about N7m. Do you know that the price difference between the base Toyota Prado (GX) and the high end one (VX-L) is often more than N7m...

This is not based on hearsays or propaganda prices often quoted on the internet to hoodwink buyers. These are based on actual purchases made as a procurement officer. So I know what I'm saying, except if prices have changed drastically in the last one year...

Is it bullet proofed?
Is it a proforma for Fashola, Stella Odua or the Senate? LWKMD.

Anybody who sells a Corolla to you at N7m has seen your level of "muguness" and wants to cash in on you big time...

For the Camry, it depends on what trim level you are buying. Same for the Accord. Corolla and Civic are in the region of N4m-N5m, depending on the trim level. I have proforma's from Elizade, Honda Place and Volks Wagen Centre, all in ABJ...

If you are telling me those dealerships I mentioned sell low mileage cars as new cars, then, may be I might be wrong...

How can you say you can't get a new Rav4 for N7m? The price was even less than that when I got a proforma from Elizade in ABJ. From Coscharis, Ford Escape was about that price. Honda Place's proforma gave the price of the CRV in the region of N6m. All the Hyundai I quoted are below the N7m mark.

Why was the guy making so much noise for nothing if he got what he paid for.
Difficult to refund under such suspicious circumstances.
I'd rested this case before, as the cash involved is paltry. But, thanks bro for insulting me. You asked a good question and went ahead to rubbish it? If I actually got what I paid for, why would I be aggrieved? I'm aggrieved simply because I didn't get what I paid for and the guy at the other end refused to communicate. That was all. You paid for sand protector, wiper blades & 4,000 for bonneth nozzle on Oct. 3 2015 & you had all the items sent to you in Nsukka .
5 after, days you called back that you are sending back the nozzle, that it was broken, which was rather surprising because i personally despatched those items, not any of my boys and the nozzle was sealed inside an envelope.

You sent back a broken nozzle and demanded a refund because as you said, you have sourced for the same nozzle from YOUR BROTHER WHO SELLS CARS in Cotonous, of which i told you is not tainable under such a condition but was ready to give you the benefit of doubt & do a deduction of 4,000 for in your next purchase but you unreasonably choose rather to press for a refund which to me as a businessman is not realistic.

My name is not Santa & my surname is not Clause, i am a businessman, anyday you are ready for the deduction on purchase let me know.
@Bolded, the SUV is still being driven with the damaged nozzle till date. The car was in Bayelsa at the time while I was in Nsukka with the Civic and thanked you profusely and excitedly. I spotted the broken nozzle right from the park as the driver handed it to me and there were no particles in the envelope you used to send it. How could that be suspicious?

You refused to return it, but yet think you are no Santa because you refused to return MY cash. Hhmm! That said and done...

Oga stop disturbing my mentions and go do what we agreed that you do.
Sometime around June last year, I contacted you for the following items...

1. OEM wipers for 2010 Honda Civic EX

2. Sand/mud guard for 2010 Honda Civic EX

3. Washer dispenser nozzle for 2010 Honda Pilot Touring

You sent me your account number and I credited you with the amount you requested for. You supplied all the items, only for me to discover that item 3 on the list above is defective and I had to send it back to you. I was at Nsukka at the time. Ever since then, you have been giving me the excuse that you couldn't get the dispenser nozzle and at a point we both had to agree that you would make a refund to me. To which I sent you my account number.

Ever since then, its been one story or the other, only for you to be asking me to send you my account number whenever you pick my call after refusing to pick it for a while. We've repeated this cycle 3 times after the initial transaction, making it 4 times now, in a period spanning almost one year...

You are now acting as if I'm just out to ruin you. That was so pedestrian and lowly, please, you have my account number, refund my cash and I'll just move on...
