I am looking at investing in hospitality business but I’m not sure if 60Million naira will be adequate to erect a 20 room hotel and event hall with a capacity of about 500 people max.

Cause of the paucity of funds, I’m looking to make it a single story building such that hotel will be on the ground floor while the top floor will hold the event hall.

Engineers in the house do you think this amount will be enough to achieve this? Pls let’s have your expert opinion on this. Thanks in advance.

not possible unless na very low quality hotel u wan build. You should budget 150mil

Not too sure what you mean, but I believe anywhere in the world, transactions are done by the exchange of legal tender for goods and services.

If you mean a language barrier, English is often spoken in many places in the world. In Spanish-speaking places, I speak Spanish. In Portuguese-speaking ones, I speak Portuguese. In places like South East Asia, it's more challenging, but it's generally not rocket science to transact, even with zero language understanding.

I mean is it dollars you used everywhere or how do you convert your dollars?

It's seem unity bank is a pain in the neck for many corp members who were issued the unity bank account. During my service year back then in jos, I had my ugly share of how unreliable and frustrating this bank was then. Fast forward 2021 and many Corp members with a unity bank account are still complaining. Even their bank app Unifi is nothing to write home about.

I have been contacted by many corp members pleading that the NYSC should stop issuing PCM with a unity bank account as it is fraustrating to the carrying out bank transactions and also receiving their allowee very late.

Please if you have had or you currently having an issue with this bank, as a corp member or just a customer like me , kindly gather here let's create awareness by sharing our ugly experience with this bank.

Without saying who my best Presidential candidate is but deep down, you know who is better but if u are blinded because of tribal and religious reasons. Note this, after the best Candidate lose due to your bad decisions, the best candidate won't suffer the aftermath of the election but you as an average Nigeria will reap what you sow so choose wisely please.
