idensko:Gosh! Una no dey tire to dey beat empty chest?? Was this last incident the first, second or third time the same herdsmen would be sacking Enugu?? They've been doing it and each time it's either your women will cry to the states assembly dressed in black, to beg for gov't intervention or your Governor would call for statewide fasting and prayer. Not one single reprisal in any case, yet you are still here beating chest?! For goodness sake, Una no dey tire?? |
I won't say Flavour is wrong but in truth it's like 10 times more difficult for successful celebrities to have successful marriages than regular folks. The demands of fame can impose a heavy toll on such marriages. |
I visited the poor town after the incident, I was told what happened, it's a long story and it's forgotten issues, but we will remind you guys soon, the situation I found on ground visitors (Igbos) has good standard of living while their host are dying in penury, so what do you expect envy and jealousy, a situation were Oba of Akure is demanding #10,000 for any apprentice Igbo business men and women bring in Akure, nigga I call that poverty and wickedness, and you started flexing muscles with that small Igbo community that came to give life to that poor state, come to Lagos and play that expensive game
Akuko! You this village champion, you are so full of it. Upon say Akure folks humiliated your people they still want to die there! rather than return to the East. Y Dem no vex relocate? Even for Ibadan Dem dey drag title. Who patronizes your traders if not their Yoruba hosts. I know an Akure-based Igbo guy who is not ashamed to admit that he will rather die in Yorubaland than relocate to the East. A Yoruba man would never be caught saying such. But I can understand why some of your people may feel that way -- na because your region isn't economically viable enough to keep them there. ![]() |
Oyo state Governor already said: “Anybody outside this zone willing to rear cattle here will need to approach the state to buy the land and we offer what is available with rules. There is no free land for grazing zones. We need to take this firm position. It won’t happen .”http://thenationonlineng.net/ajimobi-no-free-land-grazing-2/ End of Discussion. |
OP, make sure you verify your source before putting up something like this at a time like this. |
You this fake omo Igbo forming Yoloba again. You no dey tire?? If you no get work, go volunteer as vigilante at Enugu or something. ![]() |
They are both masons. Truth is a lot of these influential and powerful men in society join secret societies to expand and extend their network and contacts. It's not easy getting to the top these days without the right network and contacts. No be small thing o. |

oduastates:Bro, I understand and respect your pov but I see no reason why schools and hospitals you speak of can't be upgraded simultaneously with the much-needed development of better and more efficient transport systems within the state. The state can do/have both. ![]() |
Nice. At the rate that Lagos is growing, we should be talking about a 5th, 6th and 7th mainland bridge between the mainland and the Island/Lekki corridor -- which is perhaps the fastest growing corridor in Africa. There are already plans to expand the light rail to cover and link more areas of the state. Lagos obviously wasn't originally developed to accommodate the level of growth its currently experiencing, therefore any visionary government would do what the current government is doing. Like someone once said, I'd be interested in finding out how many cities around the world with a mainland and an island and a population of 10-million and over which have only 3 links between the mainland and island. Arguing against this would be tantamount to arguing against the 3rd mainland bridge that we are all thankful for having today.

So many SE politicians on that list. Though some of them were disgraced out of the seat and had very turbulent tenures, a la Enwerem (spent only 6-months), the late Chuba Okadigbo (less than a year), Pius Anyim (3-years), Adolphus Wabara (2-years), Ken Nnamani (2-years). Apparently this was due to a combo of political intrigues and intra-ethnic/party politics. ![]() |
Oxenomy:You and your blodas are all a bunch of loudmouthed empty chest-beating hypocrites. Simple. @nnokwa042: At least the farmer showed some balls unlike your 042 blodas getting butchered on their own farms, kidnapped, and beech-slapped on a regular by rampaging herdsmen, only for the bloody cowards to send their wives to Enugu state assembly to wail on their behalf. Smh. |
Oxenomy:Mechionu there! Why didn't judge Okoro your bloda show understanding and sympathize with the farmer in the judgment?? You dis hypocrite. |

Really? So who do we now believe between Obi and his estranged godson Obiano?? Obiano had dismissed Obi’s claims as “half-truths” pointing out that the former governor left the state with a heavy debt overhang of N102.2 billion when his tenure expired on March 17, 2014.Obiano had wondered how Obi could have given Ndi Anambra a rosy picture of the assets he left behind without showing them the liabilities he incurred.http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/11/face-off-how-obiano-mismanaged-my-n75bn-savings-obi/ ![]() |
