Lol, but there are people with bodies like that, so even if this one is photoshopped, it's not far-fetched. In fact, I knew one, she was a neighbour. She was married. Some guys can look beyond the surface, so it's not impossible for them to live normal lives. A part of me even believes they stand a better chance of finding true love compared to someone with a more "acceptable" figure.
