This is a clear case of determination and self will. We sometimes make mistakes in life but what matters is what we make out from such mistakes. Sometimes we fall, Instead of dusting our bums and move on, we accept defeat. This Lady's story is an inspiration to all. Read below:-

[b]My story goes thus, sometime 20 years ago, I was naive and influenced by peer pressure. My dad was and is still a strict disciplinarian,mum on the other hand was a bit soft on us and let us have our way. She practically covered for and took sides with me especially (being her only daughter amongst 3 sons).

I got out of hand and starting moving with the wrong set of friends, got pregnant at age 11 (primary 5)and then my whole world crumbled. The harsh reality of life began to unfold as I had to drop out of school, I couldn't sit for my First School Leaving Certificate Examination(FSLC).

People in my neighbourhood made mockery of me my dad couldn't bare it, so he sent me out of the house and I had to go to the village to live with my grandma. In order to survive and fend for myself (as grandma isn't working) I had to summon courage and face my own devil, I knew I was the cause of my predicaments and didn't put the blame on my mum or anyone. I started street hawking selling all sorts ranging from tapioca (kpokpo garri), roasted pork meat, roasted maggots, Madiga bread, sachet water etc.

Few months later I had my baby,saved some cash (through hawking) which I used to re-enroll for my FSLC, I passed with a "merit".

Still in the street hawking business, I saw myself through secondary school, I was determined to show my folks that I truly regretted my actions and is now a serious child. Enrolled for WAEC cleared all my papers likewise my JAMB and then gained admission into the university.
When my dad saw how focused I had become, they took my child and I back, sent me off to the university and took care of my baby.

To cut the long story short, I'm now a M.ed holder from the University of Lagos State Akoka, a successful teacher and happily married by His grace. My son is currently a 200Level Law student. Strangers thinks he's my younger brother because the age gap between us is so close, and he's growing taller by the day.

My son is my life, he's the reason I am where I am today as his presence into this world made me a responsible individual. He's my victory story, he knows what I went through and is determined to make me a proud mum

Why is the federal government slowing down their bombardment of this touts? By now the Tanks, warships and bomber jets should have been deployed in full force to the entire Niger delta cos it seems the Indigenes are sympathetic to the scAvengers. Bombing of our oil facilities alone is a treasonable act that must be considered an act of war against Nigeria and here they are threatening to declare Niger Delta Republic. Many states cannot pay salaries and people are dying of hunger because of the actions of these few vagabonds crippling our God given oil wealth. The federal government should not negotiate with them but instead warn innocent people who cares to listen to vacate the region so full military might can be deployed to wipe out the terrorists with brutal force. A young man identified as Ichie Agbalanze did the unusual after his encounter with an aged homeless woman in Abuja. After helping the old woman by buying some edibles for her, the young man went extra miles by also joining her to beg for alms... May God bless him abundantly.

I was on my way to catch up an appointment this afternoon when I saw this homeless mother by the market roadside begging alms... I noticed how everybody ignored her pleas for alms and I hid behind a tree to record this video, Brothers and Sisters ignored her like she's a log of wood lying beside the road, no one gave her even a smile to pacify her soul... Pain and agony was written all over her as she continued regardless.

I went down to the market and bought few stuffs and I came back to meet her... I handed the stuffs over to her and I could read the excitement and cheers in her face as she kept saying things in her language which I don't understand. She opened what I bought for her and offered me some of it to eat with her, I ate with her as we took selfies and she laughed so hatd whenever I showed her a picture of herself, I decided to sit back with her and beg for alms.

We started begging for alms together and she was all smiles... People couldn't understand what was happening as I walked towards them and ask them to drop a penny for the old lady... It was crazy, it was fun and almost everyone I walked up dropped something in her plate, I spent almost an hour with her and I missed my appointment... But the Joy I gave and the Joy I received was way more important.

I counted the money we made and it was N1,200 (One Thousand Two Hundred Naira) I handed it over to her and bade her goodbye as she was left with all smiles and thanks. It was a moment to behold...that's why am sharing this one with you.

Just a little more love can heal the world.
Moral of the story: Am I not mad?

*Says FG did not instruct INEC to issue Certificate of Return to Ogah

The Attorney General of the Federation and Minister for Justice, Abubakar Malami, SAN, has distanced himself from the legal crisis rocking Abia State, saying that he is yet to issue any legal opinion on the matter.
In a statement issued in Abuja on Sunday by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr Salihu Isah, the AGF said that none of the parties had sought his opinion on the tussle.
The minister said that neither him nor the Federal Government instructed the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to issue a certificate of return to Dr‎ Udechukwu Ogah.
However, the minister advised all the parties to await the decision of courts. He however did not say which courts decision. Nevertheless, since an appeal is pending on the judgment of the Federal High Court which removed Governor Okezie Ikpeazu, it is reasonable to conclude that the AGF would want the parties to await the decisions of the appellate court.
‎The statement reads: “The attention of the Office of the Honourable Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice has been drawn to the insinuations and crass lies being peddled and disseminated by a cross-section of Nigerians and the various media platforms that the Honourable Attorney General of the Federation is behind the legal logjam over the Abia state governorship seat and wish to clarify that those canvassing this position have no basis to do so.
“Of particular concern are (sic) those who have peddled ill-natured rumours with a view to misinform our discerning populace that the Honourable Attorney General of the Federation and by extension, the Federal Government of Nigeria that gave directives to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to issue Certificate of Return to Dr. Uchechukwu Ogah declaring him Governor-Elect. He has definitely not taken any action either by spoken words or body language as far as this Abia governorship crisis is concerned.
“I wish to therefore, on behalf of my principal declare that these rumours are untrue and a figment of the imagination of those pushing these selfish, shameless and irredeemable lies into public space which only translates to partisanship on the side of its purveyors.
“As far as the Honourable Attorney General of the Federation is concerned, the constitutional powers for the legal opinion of his office have not been invoked on this issue. So far, nobody has approached him to proffer any legal opinion to it.
“As a strong believer in the rule of law, it is his belief that the law should naturally take its cause. The Honourable Attorney General of the Federation will not be dragged into this controversy and mind-games being played out by the various legal minds and spin doctors of both camps at this point.
“The parties involved should await the decision of the courts.
“In fact, we wish to by this statement advice those in the habit of dragging the highly esteemed Office of the Honourable Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice into knotty issue of this kind even when it is yet to take a position. They should desist from these unwarranted presumptions henceforth. “

Sorry, to bother you all , but I just had to get this off my chest. I recently got married, just little over a year ago. I have had no reason not to trust my husband, in fact I could trust him with my life. My problem started last week when I borrowed his laptop to complete some office work. I found his WhatsApp web was logged in, so out of curiosity, I decided to take a peek. Since women naturally age faster than men, its not advisable for a guy to marry a girl his age or within his age range. Guys need to marry girls they are far older than with at least 10 years, so that when she's aging everything will still be balanced. You can still be enjoying her breast, and also admiring her full waist line for a long time to come. Compare to when you marry a girl that's only 3 or 5 years younger than you. Before you know it, she'll start looking older than you apart from adding weight anyhow after giving kids.
