Just imagine the double standards that you guys are using in judging muslims from christians. I cite a few examples below:
What that called for? Is that not unprovoked insult? Isn't that an invitation to violence?

You don't see the bolded parts as signs of non-tolerance, extremism and violence especially the ones in Red colour. But if a muslim says that, you call it violence and insult the Prophet that he believes in. Isn't that double standards?
Please note the bolded part. It is my opinion, and I made that very clear in my text. Besides, don't forget that I said God is patient, so I will never kill anyone with dagger or anything. I will not even slap him as he intends to slap the prophet. Far from that! That is not the teaching of Islam (to kill anyone or injure anyone). God is capable of handling him in the best ways known to Him. What is my business with him other than to make observations on his statements and correct him where I feel he is erring?

On a final note, please don't take individual actions/ inactions as a representation of the collective actions/inactions of a group of people. That the useless BH / Abdul muttalab killed/attempted to kill several innocent souls does not mean they represent Islam.

Islam is Salam which means PEACE.

Well i understand the frustrations of all those raging on here against the police. i guess yall are not nigerians and even if yall are, then you are not resident in nigeria. We nigerians that are fully resident in naija know that we do not have any police of any form. The nigeria police is the most useless, most ineffective organisation one can imagine. Naija policemen that will scamper for safety when armed robbers strike in broad day light? Policemen that will shoot innocent motorists countless times just because they refused to offer them bribe? Most of you reeling out curses and ouuuuuu-ing and aahhhhhhh-ing had never seen the video. I think Nigerians and hypocrisy are synonymous. This incident happened several weeks ago and nothing was said until foreign press escalated it. I have watched the video, although the act is despicable and barbaric but i can't deny the role all parties played in the said video. There is a Latin term stated as - volenti non fit injuria  translated as "No injury can be done to a willing person". I quote from the audio in the video - "One of the guys said - don't talk about God, i am a law student and i know the law, and a contract is a contract. The girl had a contract with the guys, it happens in our schools, warn your sisters and girlfriends, As a Yoruba adage says " He who does what the ears have not heard before shall see what eyes have not seen before". The girl would not report herself cos the truth would come out and those boys shall reap what they sow.
