An Ibo man gave out daughter in marriage in 1995 @ a bride price of N25,000. By 2005 during the banks' RE-CAPITALISATION exercise, the man invited his son-in-law. Father in law: When did u marry my daughter? Son in law:1995. Father in law: How much did u pay as bride price then? Son in law: N25,000. Father in law: You will need to RECAPITALIZE to N3 million now or be ready to MERGE with Chief Okwudil |
Just be yourself |
Governor Orji is not from Abia State |

okunboy:Thanks. Also, can you pls explain the concept of the 77 virgins? I'm seriously considering Jihad but first I need to be assured of the 77 virgins so I won't be deceived at the end of the day. |
^^^ Good point. |
And what f**ck is wrong with a pastro on Agabda ![]() |
^^^Thank you but please logoff, wait for 5 mins, logon again and then look for the Properties session for your posts. |

No, I'm available at least ![]() |
^^^ Sorry, you missed out Airforce - Eliozu road constructed by StarBoard's mentor Odili. Ameachi had to escavate the whole road to get it fixed. |
StarBoard:I repeat: Not making a choice is not an option Now answer my own question: Is there a difference between 25 and 35? If not, why are they not on the same point on the number line? Awaiting your response . . . . . . . . . |
Naija girls do, that's why I still use Nokia 3310 cos it helps me screen out potential love peddlers ![]() |
Banks should be liable, they need to double-check things. |
StarBoard:35 is sure better than 25 though both are failures. So, if you have to make a choice between the two I'm sure you will go for 35 (not making a choice at all is not an option). |
Don't mind all these fake prophets all over the place. Once on campus, I needed to relax after reading so hard for an exam and one of my room mates suggested I accompanied him to a fellowship and I obliged since it wasn't really going to cost me, and since I was tired of reading and had satisfied myself enough to enter the exam hall in confidence. Half way into the fellowship, all first-timers were asked to file out. Reluctantly, I joined not wanting to disappoint my friend who was beaming with smile and waiting to take credit for bringing in a supposedly new member into the fold. But strangely, the pastor starting blowing air on the faces of those of us standing one after the other and people were falling upon one another. I looked and couldn't see what was making them fall so I waited patiently until he got to me. I starred at him in the eyes and he blew him magical air but alas, it meant nothing to me except for some foul smell I perceived. He did that a 2nd and a 3rd time without me falling after which he asked 2 of his ushers to take me to one end of the church as he will be coming back to me. At that point, I simply walked up to my friend and expressed my disappointment at his gullibility and went back to the hostel. That was the beginning and the end of my fellowship attendance. |
StarBoard:I still disagree with you here. Amaechi may not be doing enough at the moment (compared to his 1st term) but Odili did nothing for 8yrs. In the land of the blind, a one-eyed man is the king. |
Most Nigerian Universities are breeding grounds for criminals these days. |
Ok ooo, will soon open my own church |
^^^ Agreed. Another Libya in the making |
StarBoard:te] Now I get your frustration. But I'm not an indigene either so don't rub your frustration on me ![]() You can try Prime Medicals, try going thru Cocaine Estate end of Aba Express so you don't blame me for wrecking your car on Okporo road. Just a suggestion though ![]() |
PointB:MEND is a threat to National Unity as Boko Haram. And who are the members of MEND? Ife & Modakeke indigenes I guess. |
StarBoard:This is the height of biased reporting No basis for comparing Odili with Amaechi so no basis for any baseless argument. The facts are there for all to see. |
Good gesture. |
So, what else did NEMA do when ignored? What happened to existing escalation channels? |
Boko Haram is a slap on the faces of western nations who champion western educations in the first place. So, aiding Nigerian government to combat the menace of Boko Haram is not out of place. |

The only mistake Amaechi did was to have awarded most of the roads under construction to indigineous contractors (Riverst money for Rivers people). He backtracked on that policy when he noticed its woeful failure as the contractors were merely subletting the contracts and at the end of the day, we had low-quality of jobs delivered. He also awarded some to his political friends like the Old Aba stretching from Firstbank thru Shell main gate. woji junction down to 2nd Artillery junction -Orji Uzor Kalu's ZEROCK Construction Company did a shabby job on that road and I can say whatever money spent on it was a colossal waste. Some are really up to world standard like Rumuobiakani roundabout - Slaughter at Trans Amadi, Rumuomasi - Oginigba junction, Airforce base -Eliozu road (60% completed), Ikwerre road, Stadium road, Rumuola-Rumuokwuta, etc. Okporo road, Ada George are bad though under construction but they should at least be made motorable pending the commencement of real construction work. Amaechi should reactivate operation "zero pot-hole" If the real thief (Peter Oleburuku Odili) had done 1/10 of what Ameachi has done so far, Rivers State would have been competing with Abuja in terms of social Amenities. |
I ignored this thread before ooo, I don't know why I eventually came back to it. Stu.pid ![]() |
The Ijaws are equally a threat to national unity though I don't support Boko Haram. Reasons:- 1 Ijaws against Ilajes in Ondo State 2 Ijaws against Binis in Edo State 3 Ijaws against Itsekiris in Delta State 4 Ijaws against Urhobos (Ogbe Ijo, Gbarigolo, Olota, Okweagbe etc.),all in Delta State 5 Ijaws against Ikwerres in Rivers State 6 Ijaws against Ogonis in Rivers State 7 Ijaws against Ibibios in Akwa Ibom State 8 Ijaws against Yorubas in Ajegunle; Lagos State |
