That is another question:

If you were my lawyer/legal advisor, what would the payment plan be like? Monthly or per service? cheesy
It depends on the client pocket. cheesy

You can sign a retainership agreement with the lawyer or per service.

Well, a retainership is best because it gives you unlimited access to the lawyer.

In such a situation, what would a lawyer [advise his/her client to] do first?
Accompany the client to report to the police station?
If yes, what next after that?
Maria, all these questions.....

Do you want me to be your lawyer? cheesy

The best thing to do is to call your lawyer first.

It's important to have lawyers on your speed dial.

The same Jman has attacked me for stating that many people will get married. So, na him sef don go do introduction?

You see, this is why I loathe extremists on both sides. They are hypocritical and do more harm than good.
Lol, your brother has gone to do introduction. He opened this thread with great enthusiasm. cheesy

Yes, the hypocrisy stinks to the highest heavens.

I didn't know you are familiar with him. I was shocked when I followed your comment and saw it is Jman. I am very sure about a month ago, I saw him arguing with his life that men do not benefit from marriage. But na him create thread, not the 20yo girl.
I am actually, I always try to avoid his monicker like plague. 😂😂

Let's not be surprised if his 20yr old wife influences him to be creating Tiktok content soon.

This one in particular is always online telling us men don't benefit from marriage. But he has left his fellow Ministers of Bannies to go do introduction, even open thread to tell us. I pity his colleagues on here.

😂😂😂😂😂😂
Imagine my shock when I opened this thread and it's the notorious monicker always championing that marriage doesn't benefit men.

A case of "Do as I say, not what I do". Na mumu dey believe their mouth.

My sister, don't mind them.
I'm in the UK. This is my 7th year.
White women are not rushing Nigerian men.
Even Nigerian women tend to avoid them .
Konji is dealing with a lot of Nigerian men here.
Some of them got dumped by their wives as soon as they relocated here.
I know a guy who has not gotten any action since Sept 2023. His wife divorced him and moved on with a guy from another African country.
He is so frustrated, he is considering visiting Nigeria during the summer just so he can cum.
Loool just look at.

Nigerian men and audacity. They always want to reap where they didn't sow.

Las las na Nigerian women fit them pass. grin

I'm not surprised he's taking that route of coming to the country just to cúm. Na their way be that. I have an acquaintance that does so yearly. Na him tradition.

Akara should not soak oil. If it does, it means one thing. You did not wisk it enough to incorporate air. Wisk like 10 mins min.
Made one not more than an hour ago. Love eating it with yaji.
You know ball.

Akara should never soak oil, it only translates to more frying time and gas wastage.

I love love akara with yaji and bread. I should make this meal soon.
FoodRe: Foods You Loved As A Child, Hate As An Adult by folake4u: 4:59pm On Jan 25
I loved eating mayonnaise with bread as a child. I hate it now except it'd be used for salad dressing.

Pap. After my baby years were over, I hated pap till date. I can't even make pap.

Garri. I drank garri as a child, hated it while growing up and will only eat it in eba form as swallow. I don't drink garri till date.

They said wisdom is stress to an empty stomach

This guy blew an opportunity of a lifetime.

Recently, iShowSpeed was in Lagos and met a fitness content creator named Jack Manuel. After they competed by bending irons, Jack showed just how incredibly strong he is. iShowSpeed was clearly impressed and genuinely drawn to his strength.

Then came the moment that could have changed everything for Jack.

iShowSpeed asked him a simple, yet specific but powerful question: “Bro, how do I make you happy?”

That was not a random question... That was an open door and a rare moment. An opportunity that does not come around often.

That was Jack’s chance to think beyond tonight’s dinner. Instead of thanking iShowSpeed for such great opportunity, say he would like to compete on international fitness challenges, he asked for $10,000 instead.

My heart sank immediately. My tongue became bitter and I felt sick instantly.

Many people may not realize this, but @ishowspeedsui is very close to @MrBeast, the biggest YouTuber in the world.

Mr Beast is known for creating content around extraordinary people, and Jack’s strength fits perfectly into that space. One thoughtful response and Jack could have positioned himself for a global breakthrough.

So many people focus on quick money and ignore the process, the relationships, and the platforms that create sustainable wealth. This is why they always think of “destiny helper” in liquid (cash) form and such mentality only exists in the mind of the pøor.

When a man grows up believing that help only comes as cash, he struggles to recognize real opportunities when they appear. Jack lacks perspective.

I sincerely hope life gives him another chance to change things for him quickly.
Well said.

Macphenson:
Peller that struggles to speak English because he expressed himself better in Yoruba, had an E in Yoruba. Very interesting.
Speaking Yoruba and writing same are two different things entirely.

I was taught Yoruba, Edo and French in my secondary school and wrote the exams in my Junior Waec. Best believe, I got a C.

I know of my core Yoruba friends that had D or F.

We were made to listen to Yoruba excerpts and write the correct answers, read the passages and answer questions accordingly. I had Yoruba novels, dictionary etc.

E nor easy abeg except if it comes to you naturally and you have a passion for learning languages.
