I boarded a train in June to travel to Agbor and the supposed "soldiers" in uniform were telling me to pay to them and I'd get free seats yada yada. They discouraged me to pay directly at the counter.

My friend who was with me was almost convinced to pay them his money but I stood my ground and went to the ticketing counter instead. I am very familiar with their game.

Those "soldiers" were NEVER on that train ride. They wanted to rip me off, as they thought I was a JJC in train travels. Imagine how many gullible people will fall into their trap.

Sometimes, it is not gullibility, other times, it is greed on the part of intending travellers. Awoof dey run belle.
