In the ideal world outgoing people are smart and know how to draw boundaries. No matter how many people they meet, their partner remains their partner.

In reality many "outgoing" young girls do things that makes their partner feel insecure.
1. Hugging guys anyhow.
2. playfully sitting down on the tighs of guys who are not their partner.
3. Dancing in clubs inappropriately with guys who are not their partner.
4. Entertaining regular calls from guy friends, including the ones asking them out.

They also behave like a lot of ladies behave, which is they like to smell what they know they don't want to eat. In your mind, you have things under control but you forget that he is a guy. He has probably been in this position many times before. He knows what he is doing and he plans to succeed. A normal girl puts herself in this position but outgoing girls are in it more often.

So a guy would need to really know his girlfriend well to be okay with her being a really outgoing type.
