GeneralPula: Obote, Mtchew..
From your screen shots, it says 4 senior bankers at credit suisse, including former head of investment banking, Ogunlesi have set up banks first infrastructure funds, with GE USA..
The report never said they form GIP. Credit suisse forming Infrastructure fund in USA has nothing to GIP. The infrastructure funds was between Credit suisse & GE!
When banks form infrastructure funds, it means focusing on types of securities within the industries that build up the nation's infrastructure... Which means credit Suisse was only doing it own job as a bank, not anything relating to GIP.. The dude na olodo. Initially said, Ogunlesi is just an employee but later said he helped them to form it. |

proeast: Stop getting unnecessarily emotional. When a lie is repeated severally it will begin to look like truth. Your brothers always brag about how a Yoruba man owns Gatwick airport. The op provided facts which proves that to be fake.
Firstly, when you own 51% equity in any company, you automatically become the majority shareholder. The other 49% equity becomes minority shareholder. How then did a minority shareholder become the owner?
Secondly, the minority shareholding group doesn't belong to one person, it comprises other investors as well. So, why all these lies?
did nothing wrong. He only enlightened people. I even believed the lies until he busted it now. Leave the messenger and focus on the message! It was never a lie. Ogunlesi owned it until he sold majority stake in 2019 and retained 49.99%. It's true. |

APC whether under Buhari or potentially under Tinubu has been and will be a cyclic failure in all sectors of our country, including sports. Victor Moses singlehandedly carried the team. |

arsenal96: I don't understand why people are so pain about the outcome, as Nigerian we are all disappointed, but the team is not bad as most people portrayed them to be. Under 17 competition is for talent discovery, not necessarily win. Now, we have discovered some raw amazing players in this tournament. Next step is to move the talents here to under 20, and probably Ogor,Mbata, Ozor and Okeke(the guys dropped because of MRI) will be added to the squad. Our under 20 might be lovely to watch if these talented squad are properly managed. I'm not overly disappointed because I saw raw talents that when polish will definitely flourish. Gone are those days that we paraded grandpa's as under 17 and few years later after winning the under 17 world cup, they are no where to be found. None of the players from little messi set, Stanley Okoro made it to the lime light. So, we should take this under 17 as it should be, developmental and talents discovery program.
Ugbade should not be totally discarded, he is good for talent hunting, he can still help at this level. Kenneth Omeruo, Onazi, Olarewaju and Ramos Azeez were Stanley Okoro's set and they made it to limelight. |

A midfield of Linus/Cletus/Olowoporoku or at worst a trio of Linus/Owoyemi/Olowoporoku should have been our starting midfield from the first game of the tournament but Ugbade decided to play politics. Nonsense. Na wa oooo. Well, hope the scouts saw their talent. |
