Exactly!!! Dem Sabi play us for final. Anyway, we just have to win.

All the four teams qualified straight to semifinals and it is knock out. If we win we play final.

I already said yesterday. Our qualification is in our hands. All we needed to do is to score 4 unreplied goals and we did it.

Make DR Congo win so that we can play Gabon then play either Cameron or DR Congo in the final if we scale through by the grace of God.

burkina had 10 goals wiped out because they flogged the last team with 10 goals.

So they had 11 goals + todays 3= 14 goals

We have 11 goals if we add 3 against Benin = 14 goal

We have same goals with them.

It goes to a tie. They have 17/18 yellow card I am not sure if the had a red.

You forget goals against the last team is non existent for second place.

So their 10 goals against last place does not matter.

Confirm we need just 3 goals against Benin to go ahead of them.
11goals will be reduced to 2 after subtracting the 2 goals we scored against Zimbabwe. Leaving us with 9 goals and 6 goals conceived.

We need 4 goals to be clear. 3 goals if no more cards.

The number of minutes he used to get before now
Oga! You are talking confusion. Initially, you claimed the club preferred the Ghanian suliemana ahead of Lookman but I debunked that.

Later, you claimed he played few minutes because club preferred Suliemani ahead of him. Dat one too na lie.

Lookman played few games because of his disagreement with the club. EOD.

Lol lookman has played 3 matches for Atalanta since his return which amounds to 137minutes out of 270 minutes thats half of the total minutes. Was this how much he used to play Before in ATalanta ?

And Which agenda are u tlaking about.?
When the whole nation was praising him it wasnt agenda..now he isnt doing well and people are pointing it out its agenda.. lol

There is no player in that team that has chopped more draggin than chukwueze
We see chukwueze being dragged like generator for 1 mistake in a match and everyone agrees.. but poiting out that lookman is out of form which everyone can clearly see is "Agenda"

All the 3 qualifiers we played he contributed little to nothing
no goal,
no asssist
no penalty won
despite playing most of the minutes.

Lookman and osimhen are the 2 less dragged people in that team.. so stop the AGENDA sh****t
Lookman has played 3 matches because of the issue he had with the club. Stop lying here.

You lied the club preferred the Ghanian ahead of him instead of explaining the reason he was out of the team.

That to me na Agenda. EOD.

Bro stop being sentimental they were awful.. especially lookman yes he won APOTY and he was phenomenal then but now.he has awfully lost form.
Our recent last 3 qualifying gmes now he didnt do much.. he became selfish and poor at decision making he tries to dribble and shoot then kicks it aagainst the oppsition. Even currently in his club they now prefer Ghanian suliemana.

Go to twitter people are happy that he got a second yellow which sidelines him on next match and he is not going to be missed. Everyone cant be wrong at the same time, Unlike before if lookman has injury scare evryone will be worried.

LOOKMAN HAS DEFORMED he had his time and we all praised him; now why cant we criticise him undecided
It is only in your imagination Suliemani is preferred ahead of Lookman.

Lookman started the last two matches Atalanta played. Stop lying up and down here.

Who gave Osimhen most of the passes against Lesotho? Ghost!!!

Besides, that performance is based on the coach instruction and not form, Mr man.

As you can see he always cross or gives long passes against Lesotho.

The point is there is agenda or most criticizing him don't understand football tactics used by Chelle. EOD.

See and tell me Lookman was benched for the Ghanian.

Don't tell me about the matches before then that we know he didn't play because he had issue with the club. Stop lying here, Mr man.

The so called observations actually put to question Rufai Oseni’s university education. There is no person who passed through a public university in Nigeria who won’t know one or two persons who served as HoD of a department without a PhD.

Again, he said law is five years. That’s another very ignorant statement. Law used to be four years till it was changed to five years in the early 90’s. So if you have been to a polytechnic, you cross over straight to 200 and spend three years. It’s the same thing with Direct Entry student of today crossing over to 200 level. So, what’s the big deal in spending three years for his law degree?

He also said we don’t know his primary and secondary schools. That’s extremely silly because Bayo Onanuga only released an highlight of his CV for the press release announcing his appointment. Go and ask the man directly for his comprehensive CV or do your investigative findings about him.
Actually, in the 80s, law used to be 3 years.

Hmmm 😂
Because he knows their qualification is solely in their own hand. Either win or draw.

A lose, they are probably out or in the playoff.

Nigeria should just focus on winning and leave the rest.

Winning can guarantee us straight qualifications if South Africa draws or loses or play-off if South Africa wins respectively.

Bro,it is not even when both teams are on a goal down or chasing an equalizer that we can see what we are talking about.

It is evident when we are being pressed, you will see disjointed and irregular passes, break up plays, out of plays.

With man united, delight can pass to Casemiro in the midfield, and even when Casemiro is pressed,he can evade the press and find Bruno to pass to,and that one would do one or two with other midfielders in an attacking sequence before it goes back to Bruno who will in turn find his attacker who may or not score. But Chelsea on the hand, when pressed they would choose to pass sideways or backwards.

We cannot string up passes from defence to attack in a beautiful sequence. You will surely see one irregular movement.

Like you said,we have a long way to go.
Make una continue to lie. So, there was no beautiful sequence against PSG, abi? grin

I agree with you on not handling pressure when being pressed but I don't agree it is in the midfield.

The problem is in the defence and goalkeeper department. Especially the center backs.

The midfielders can handle press wella.

You read it right.

Watch whenever man united is a goal down and compare same with Chelsea. That's when these players will scrolling up and down. No urgency, no direction and no objectives. United will, at least, mount some pressures on You to show they need something.

You think the kind of pressure united mounted on us when we were a man down we can replicate it if the reverse was the case?

Even in Stamford Bridge, we can't. That's when you will be seeing snail movement, slow transition and lack of athleticism.

Only one point separate us from man united.

We have won the same number of matches in the league as man united. Just two.

Remember they have played two big matches,Arsenal and city.

Man united fans are calling for Amorin Sack but let sign more defenders for Maresca to play rubbish foolish football to draw half decent teams.
Oga! If you know Maresca's style of play, you will understand he needs an intelligent ball playing defenders that can handle pressure and physical attackers.

Recently, we are losing games because our opponents mount pressure from our defense, forcing the goalkeeper and defenders to kick the ball away instead of maneuvering their way out of the pressure.

Most teams now understand if they allow us build up from the back to the midfield, we will have more time to create chances hence the need to press to cause mistakes which we are experiencing currently.

A ball playing defender and goalkeeper are needed for Maresca to carry out his ideology.

Maresca that can bring back Chalobah from Crystal Palace.

If Chelsea can reverse several loans with Strasbourg like Ishe Smith and co, Maresca has no complaints. Even Anselmino was there last last. All these are what the board meant by internal solutions. He decided to row his boat with Tosin and Badiashile, he should not complain. Even at that, he has the Hato option.
Internal solution by who? Maresca or Chelsea board? grin

So the money they spent on Hato is for decoration?

Veiga bossed Nations League as Portugal starting centreback and at Juventus. What more does he want higher than that realistically? The Veiga that played for us, he played him LB, similar to when Colwill was used as left back. Infact Veiga gave that as his reason for leaving. That he is a centreback not a LB, and he proved it without doubt for Portugal and Juve.

Unlimited22 that keeps shouting about centreback is the one that made me go and study Mamadou Sarr when he praised him as being very good, and I saw Sarr has everything needed. Yet somehow Sarr does not figure as a decision open to Maresca

Maresca should stop making noise. He can make Maldini look like Titus Bramble. I don't take anything he says about defence seriously.

As for Chalobah, he is an England centreback certified by Tuchel. Maresca has/had 3 options to partner him and was screaming nonsense, then playing Tosin and moving Chalobah to LCB
I didn't say Hato should not be played but can you bet on him to start against Manyooo and big teams?

Was it Maresca that made the decision to sell Veiga? Cos I am not getting your point.

I no rate Tosin before. Caicedo can be caught by Mbuemos swift reaction as fullbacks go man-to-man, but if Tosin maintained his 10 yards deep from Chalobah as you should do as a defensive partner, he would have cleared up the danger from Caicedo falling asleep on Mbuemo
Let us agree it was a defensive error. And who's fault is it to have Tosin and average defenders in the team? Maresca?

I will add my edit

The error is on the players behind him who are not danger aware to ensure Mbuemo is not through on goal. Even in University football, we always make sure we have 1 man drop 5 yards from any striker to mop up. Somehow Caicedo and Tosin were not "goalside" of Mbuemo from that header. That is a disgusting lack of awareness. Something that was second nature to us at amateur level should not have to be explained to pro footballers. Before every match we discuss as defenders. I will go up on the striker and "clap him" - you maintain 5 to 10 yard distance to clear up anything that drops - or vice versa. From this simple rule, we did not concede from open play all season. The error in that play is highlighted below, not losing a header against a 6ft 5 striker
The bolded still buttress the point that it was a defensive error.

Defenders lose aerial duels all the time. You only have to look at any opta stats, there is no defender with 100% win rate, not even 70%. The reason goals are not scored whenever they lose is because their teammates maintain appropriate distance to clear up the drop which Caicedo and Tosin failed to do
Sure!!! But a good defender will have second option. The guy lost the ball and was strolling.

The point is, as you also said, the other defenders didn't cover up for him. That made it a defensive error.
