kikuyu1: I tild you MOFOS to NEVER mention Obudu again! I did a 2 minute Google dive and immediately discovered the TYPICAL ISHYT behind the fake mahogany veneer.
Child brides, hoism and illiteracy; what we've come to expect from the historically warped sociocultural W African DNA.
The Urhobos are the local community.

Fyi, I'm the last nikka in the world to jump on the womens equality train: that ride is STRICTLY for the low IQ, kitkat beggars and the LGBTQI tribe but WTF!
AAARRGHHH!? What the ENTIRE FECK! Why is the unimaginable common place in Naij? Saffas, do you have anything remotely similar to this? If anyone has traditional PRE COLONIAL hoism/ marriage culture pls let me know.
Edit: Dorothy Etagwa a stones throw from Obudu, married off at 6 years. Can't you differentiate between traditions and tourism? |

If you dare make mention of foreign players you will be tagged ass licker but for the pass 1 week we have been hyping an Enyimba player who debuted for the super eagles few weeks ago who is just a low budget ejuke uzoenyi
You need quality to go far in competitions as big as the world cup That Enyimba player is far better than Uzoenyi. |

ChrisKels: Bros an Eze behind a crazy striker like Osimhen will definitely see Eagles sodomize many teams at the world stage. There are crazy strikers springing up left right center and if given the chance could deliver better than Osimhen. We saw how Onuachu did a replica of Yekinis goal technique with his kneel control before he volleyed the ball into the net. That was not a fluke. The point is, if a player is better than what we have springs up, he should be chosen ahead of what we have. No shirt should be guaranteed for any player. We saw what happened with Iheanacho and after he was ignored by the national team. |

ChrisKels: Our team needs an Eze, I still hope he comes. Our team needs an Olise, I pray he comes too, but I can't ass lick them because I believe we can produce them here if we do the right things. Our team is not in dire need of a Saka, he was not gonna bring nothing different. Our team needs the best available players. If any better player springs up today, I mean nau nau, better than the ones we have, he should be brought into the team. Asap |

Saka is just good at the basics of football nothing more At just 19 years old, he has full understanding of the game. Evidence is how he carries Arsenal on his shoulder despite having World class players. He is definitely better than most of our wingers. If not all. |

rvp2018: What is logic for building coastal rail - why not build ports instead - and have the railway on the hinterland. Obudu cattle ranch kind of thinking. We are building ports already Mr man. The coastal rail is connected to major cities. Simple and short. |

rvp2018: Build an expensive railway to connect a cattle ranch; the zoo! Nigeria should stop building passenger railways and focus on minning industry; Nigeria has DRC kind of minerals; they need railway line to open it up.
Passenger rail only makes sense in cities. How do you know the railway line won't pass through those routes? Besides, it's not going to be built to connect to Obudu cattle ranch (better than any tourist sites in Kenya combined) only but to connect from Lagos seaport to Calabar seaport after passing through some of the most important states and richest cities in Nigeria. |

Shma2020: Your psychology will not work on shma. your twisting and forgery approach will not succeed here.
No.1 the beam of the bulding is so clear going by the pic you posted, there is no floor that can stand on a beam.
No. 2 the bulding you posted depicts the render image displayed on your skyscraper city website, so you can't be bulding an imaginary tower out of castle.
No. 3 I counted the last two knowing one of it was below the ground level so if we base that and ignore the last floor you'll be left with 21.
No. 4 the last floor is a single hall or rather a watching Deck which can be traced by render design, so you can't justify its worth. It can't be 4m as well.
No. 5 That bulding is topped out and it's less than 90m stop forcing things. Are you saying ground floors are not counted in Kenya? Because I know it is counted all over the world. |

Shma2020: All the info is here.
18fls from real estate, 18fls from emboris
TOTAL HEIGHT =72M
its all over the rest are decorations.
@forgiveness kkkkkk. But what did you see? How many floors did you count? That is the reality. |

Shma2020: Glad you fall into my trap . The 18fls was psychological trap and I enlighten it in the brackets but you didn't see.
Main reason why I played with your mind is to lure you into saying what you truly know from your heart and I'm glad you counted 22 which I also did.
Now, 22fls×4m=?... Ans 88m
At least we're all now in agreement. Another skyscraper on the rise. Belmont Ikoyi tower. Initially, 20 floors was proposed but I counted 22 floors already. How many did you count? This is when I need your orange marker to do the needful.

Shma2020: Is that render not the real structure you're building?
Anyway, here is what you want, just added two marks from the previous 18fls(psc twt) .
Now let's count together and shout out the number.. Are those marks 18? I counted 22 floors though you counted the 3rd to the last as 1 floor instead of 2 floors. How many did you count? |

Shma2020: You can use this one to cut the long story short.
I'm counting 21 so 21×4? I want that one you did before not this one because I want to show you shumthing. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by forgiveness: 4:00pm On Apr 02, 2021 |
Shma2020: I can do that so easily ..
Now add that one from the previous 20
You land at 2l total fls
21 ×4? =84m
Even if you want to add another non-existing one fl still can't reach 100m mark. Then do it and let me see . |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by forgiveness: 1:54pm On Apr 02, 2021 |
Shma2020: You can only count the floors above ground.
So lemme give you that 23.
23 ×4= 92
So the building is 92m with 3donated fls, in real sense, that bulding is 80m because the floors are 20 and that is plain fact. The two floors below the last orange mark are above the floor. The reason I intentionally showed you cars on the same level. Can you see the car? I passed through that place last week and I can tell you it's already 25 floors. |

Foreign Affairs › Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by forgiveness: 1:22pm On Apr 02, 2021 |
Shma2020: Wow! Wow! Wow!! What an interesting debate .
Tell me where you got 25fls? post the actual building as of 2021 or a render image of the same with clear floors above ground so that we can count
Meanwhile, going by this, then the bulding is 88m if the basement fls are 3 or 92m if the basement fls are 2. You can only apply that logic to flows above ground. It is already 23floors from what we saw in the picture, and it was taken some months ago. The question is, how many floors can you see in the pictures? Or are you saying basement doesn't count in skyscraper terms? Let me know precisely.
