And according to the stats that you posted, Messi minutes per goal is better than that of Ronaldo, that also means in terms of goalscoring, Messi is also more profilic than Ronaldo. And don't forget in the past 5 seasons or even more, 98% of Ronaldo goals has been scored inside the 18 yard box, which simply means almost all his goals in the last 5 seasons are usually worked for him by his team mates.

Arabiandude: C. Ronaldo is a profilic goalscorer, just like Onuachu. That's how i sees and know him, so he doesn't deserve to be among my list of even top 10 greats. Someone who has scored only 5 goals or so from outside the 18 yard box in about 3 seasons while Messi has scored more than 20. He has played about 3 other seasons without scoring a free kick and he hardly completes more than 2 dribbles per matches for more than 2 seasons. And you are mentioning him with messi that scores, assist, creates, dribbles and does everything in a match. Ronaldo is as good as being useless in a match if he is not scoring. Mention a match in the past 5 seasons that Ronaldo has won MOTM without scoring? That should tells you aside goalscoring, he is mostly useless in a match and that isn't a criteria to judge someone to be mentioned among greats Oga, you don't even have sense to mention messi and ronaldo in the same sentence

First of all, whatever dribbles okocha came up with at that time is what an average fan paid for and wanted to see. It is what drew people to whatever club he played for. Okocha was bought for 12 million pounds as far back as 1998. How many african players got that as transfer fee? Respect what the man has done in football. JohnBullMySon: I don't doubt any old player. Currently I rate Balogun as our best defender followed by Omeruo. I prefer them both to Ekong. I don't even know how Ekong became the vice captain. But you see, currently, almost all our striking options are a quality upgrade on ighalo. Ighalo is slow, inconsistent and performs only in a low rated league. The only player I would want back in the eagles IF NEED BE is Mikel. The rest have turned to carpenters, farmers and plumbers.
The truth is that because of fake age, Many of our players have serious quality drops beyond 30. Even Victor Moses will be nearly useless to the SE now.
