What they are doing right now is to better the lives of their poorer section, better whatever needs to be improved and keep the momentum going on.It's not easy becoming a developed country. The South Americans are stuck, Mexico which boarders the US is still stuck. Making that transition to become a developed country requires a new wave of ideas and approaches to things.
