Abeg let anioma be in anioma and let delta be in delta. Aren't u people fighting to be part of the east. I am talking of core deltans and we know ourselves. The urhobo and itshekiri and Okpe, ijaws I no are mostly dark skin. Wetin concern me wiv anioma!
Till we get our state, it will be sensible if the so called 'core deltans' called themselves something else, I dont know, maybe warri state, because the last time I checked, 'delta' was not an Urhobo or Itsekiri word, and we the Aniomas who make up 33% of Delta's population have towns in the Delta of the River Niger.

Warri girls or delta girls are not ugly. I think most of them are dark skinned. That's all. And to average Nigerian men, dark is only beautiful when they say, but when it's time to choose a partner black becomes dirty and ugly. That's the simple truth!
Stop using 'Delta' to refer to Delta central senatorial district, it is very immature.

Here in Anioma we have variety, girls evenly spread over the different skin tones.

Always living in denial. When you are confronted with the Reality that not well-meaning Umu-Igbo subscribes into your madhouse theory - then am suddenly from Jupiter. Nice try!

So for those of us that don't want Biafra, you guys will build your malaria-ridden cave-land around our family homes. If I want to go out of my compound I will present Visa and a Passport. Now tell me you are not dancing in the market square with such insinuations?
This man what is your problem?
If you respect your people and think this country is indeed one, you will suggest a pro-nigeria vs pro-biafra debate and a referendum.

Secession is neither selfishness, hate or treason.

Jonathan's only legacy in this country is the polarisation of the citizens along ethnic and religious lines. The seeds of mistrust and discord sown by himself, his wife and other accomplices of his have sprouted and grown so big it might take decades to uproot. It is such a pity even supposedly educated fellows amongst us are some of the biggest promoters of ethnic and religious intolerance when they should be the ones preaching accommodation, friendship and peace.

IshiLove, Lalasticlala I think this revelation by Thisday and Saharareporters deserves a spot in the fp so all can see one of the dummies sold to Nigeria by the immediate past admin.
You lie!
Goodluck is a true statesman, I say this even as I'm in support of Nigeria's disintegration.
His political appointments were so unbiased and devoid of ethnic sentiments that his people were complaining.

Reverse is the case of Buhari that has so far given appointed almost only northerners.

It still doesn't tarnish the calls for secession and absolute resource control.

Radio Biafra just made a huge mistake! They have given the Nigerian state ample reason to hunt them now. You can't hack radio equipments and hijack random frequencies, it's sedition against the Republic. That bigot Nnamdi Kanu can be arrested and extradited to Nigeria (though I'll advise against that, it'll only make the fool a hero).

Who cares about Radio Biafra anyways? The real igbos don't give a flying f**k, they just wanna make money and live fine.
It is this individualism that has seen the individual Igbo man flourish and prosper but his tribe as a whole performing far below their maximum capacity.

The politically active Igbo man knows that atleast regionalism is an answer.

You tagged him a non-indigenous politician in your post, in a commercial city like lagos and yet some people will be shouting one Nigeria as if we are truly united.
Why don't we split this country along ethnic lines, so we can harness this strong ethnocentricism as patriotism in the resulting ethnic nations.

I saw this thread yesterday nd its still trending here. Oreva should go read what transpired b/t ojukwu nd boro during the civil war. Let me state it clearly, that our people nd other miniority tribe dnt believe in biafra. In fact, what will be the gain of the miniority tribe in biafra? Its a pertinent question that boro asked of but ojukwu gave a silly answer. If the igbo man in nnewi, nnsuka, owerri nd enugu still discriminate against the man in agbor, ogwashukwu, asaba nd ikwere. Then i see us the miniority tribes as slave in biafra, if we decide join them. The name biafra should be changed to niger delta republic or something different nd with no attachment to igbo culture or the civil war. If what i said above is done, that is when we will trust the igbos.
and it isnt the man in Kwale, Agbor and Issele uku that doesnt discriminate against his South eastern kin due to divide and rule propaganda that the entire lower niger has fallen for?

Lets look at the future.

Politics › Reasons Why Aniomas (delta Igbos) May Or May Not Be Igbos by fr3do(op): 5:26pm On Jul 15, 2015
Reasons why they might not be considered Igbo
1. They are found west of the River Niger.

2. They are in Delta state of the south south region (a less than 40 years old grouping).

3. Some of their communities have monarchs.

4. Some Aniomas say that they are not Igbos.

Reasons why they might be considered Igbo
1. They speak Igbo and Igboid dialects.

2. They bear Igbo names.

3. They share same culture with South Easterners, evident in dance, music, festivals, rituals even to the ceremonial breaking of kola nuts.

4. They have same political system with South Easterners, some communities are headed by a council of heads of different families, most of the monarchies are not hereditary and the few that are very inabsolute.

5. Folklore
The traditional tales told, even the myths that explain the origin of communities are Igbo like and almost always has an Igbo progenitor.

6. Ekwumekwu war
The 3 decade war fought by the Aniomas in present day Delta state and people of Onicha Udo (Onitsha ) and other neighbouring communities against British colonialists was orchestrated and planned in unison in Igbo.

7. Most Aniomas say that they are Igbos, some need not say it, they simply dress it like my amiable governor
His Excellency Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa with his signature red cap.

English is quite hard!!!...

As much as u try to be stupid on a public forum.

I will try to make easier for your brain.

I have not seen any igbo in the south south. The igbolike tribes I've seen don't call themselves igbos!!!. This doesn't stop them from wanting or not wanting Biafra. Its a thing of choice!!!
(Please take note of the bolded above)

I know even the above clear explanation will still escape your logical dispersion because you are a child born into hate for other human beings. Re-evaluate your life, repent and see what plans God have for you.

I hate no tribe or religion...We are born into what we are,.......respect each other!!!!
Your Governor Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa is a proud Igbo man with his signature red cap.

For any Biafran meeting being held in Port Harcourt, tell your friends that they better not be caught, its illegal.

What will they be charged with in court?

Nonybb:
When Ojukwu was championing the course of Biafra he never got to insult anyone. But his supposedly incarnate, Nnamdi Kanu, is full of invectives of an astronomical proportion. Insults upon insults looks childish. Diplomacy is the key to activism and Nnamdi needed to be schooled in that department. 80% of Igbos sees him as a tout including myself and Biafra can never happen with the way he is going about it. Any Igbo that advocates for Biafra is a coward. Let us stand together and fight and stake our claim in Nigeria and collectively rescue it from our political oppressors which are the Gambarians-Born-To-Rule mentalist engineered and ressurected by Buhari with his Northocracy Agenda of Igbo political attrition
You are the coward! Would you stick with dialysis rather than get a new kidney?

You said that we should fight for our stake in the Nigerian polity, how? By peaceful marching and statements through Ohaneze? The north has an undue advantage of population that mere politicking can't stand against.
Assuming we don't form Biafra, it is the threat of a secession that will make other people in this Nigeria really want to negotiate.
They know once the SE leaves, the SS follows and then the SW.
