30/1/1994 => 30/1/94
30/1/1992 => 30/1/92
So ppl couldn't have forged it then.

What of the times we were writing 30/1/19?
Anyone could have changed it to 30/1/1999,1991 or 1990 to suit his convenience too.

As a medical doctor, & even though i seldom comment here but in this one I have to speak up for my conscience...this looks very scary and people should be careful what they do to they skin. Hey, people (males & females alike) inherit shares and stocks worth millions regularly, females inherit houses, filling stations, different properties and even companies in different cities these days.

It's not only the house & farmlands in the village that are inherited (I guess that's where your mind is going).

When I have kids all my acquisition will definitely be shared equally among all of them irrespective of gender. Period!

Emphasis should always be to give them the best education and start up in life to even make more than you the parent that way everyone is even self fulfilled.

With the advent of e-banking, Online transfer etc, there’s no difference between both type of accounts.
Before, having to issue a check to a third party is an edge that Current account holders had over Savings account. But it’s longer a relevant thing because you can always make a transfer.
Savings account is also valid for issuance of Visa now.
To me , it’s just a status symbol. Nothing much.
I pay far more charges on my current account compares to the savings account.
Aside Corporate Account, I don’t see anything special in issuing a check when you can actually make a transfer.
