Who is they? The people who say marriage is not important are probably not the same people who talk down on unmarried people so I see no hypocrisy here.

First on the test i will recommend you go to a very good diagnostic molecular laboratory and tell them you want to run a PCR test for hepatitis B virus instead of the usually anitibody based test.

The PCR looks for the viral particulars and it's load instead of looking for the antibodies. I will also recommend you use very trusted and reliable labs.

I will advise you to see a doctor at the hospital for proper evaluation and management. From what you described above it is likely scabies (which can easily be managed with Benzyl benzoate cream and afew presciprion) but again see a doctor at the clinic for examination and management.

You have no point my dear. Assuming that he is not a "born again" because he is a Catholic is myopic to say the least.
