According to Abia state governor who went to visit the IPOB leader in Sokoto prison, but first went to pay homage to the Sultan. Notify MNK that the sultan has recognized MNK as his subject and considering turbaning him may be with the title of Sarkin Gidan Yari of sokoto land chueftancy title. Do you think the sultan is generous? Considering the previous name callings and abuses against the caliphate. |

Sakody:Please may be you need toake research on the total numbers of Jehovah's witnesses in the last ten years and now, compare which one is greater ? Then research total numbers of congregations worldwide in the last ten years and now , then check also total numbers of kingdoms halls and assembly hall in the last ten years and compare to now, please bury your shame and post on this platform what you find out . You guys that are saying all sort of things need to open your heart and mind. You need to believe that ways of dressing and grooming keeps on changing. What was term as proper dressing in the past may not now, and same dressing that is not generally accepted now may be in some years to come. I am a banker with several years of banking experience, when I first join the banking sector about twenty years ago, you dear not leave beard and go to office it was inappropriate grooming not befitting of a banker in Nigeria for instance. But today it's no longer restricted. That is to say things are evolving, or do we now ask the banking sector or other corporate organization to apologize for restricting workers back then? Today in the army in most countries as we speak keeping bear is strongly prohibited even in us in the past but today us has allow some to keep beard. Just see it as a religious group that move with trend and general acceptability way of doing things that is not spelt out in the Bible. 5 Likes |

Hmmm Nigerians Just because it was not mentioned that a woman from Yoruba land or Igbo land or north displayed in this way at her daughters graduation , about 98% of comments went the same direction. İf the reverse were to be the case it would have been na so them dey do na so this or that... İ followed all comments nothing like that. Please will we stop that madness on Nairaland most especially? Good write up, except that for some of us that had a different terrible experience regretted being loyal to one of the old generation Bank that it's name starts with U. İ started my career in this bank as an outsourced staff two years later took exams and interview to become a full staff as Executive trainee. İ gave my all and being used wherever the need is required . İ was used as even relief branch operation manager saddled with managing a whole branch but my salary and post never change from ET for god 10 years i was in that position being a so call loyal staff hoping my position will one day change through out these period i have witness general salary increament only once , while inflation kept biting, no wander i never had savings apart from some external contributions that i engage in . new entrants that is staff that cross carpet keep coming and being promoted while i just look with loyalty as my reward. To cut the long story short when the bank felt they have used me enough they felt its time to dump me by exiting me and paying me peanut as my gratuity. The only choice that came to me after that was to follow the japa syndrome. Now in Europe i found my self from one industry to the other trying to survive. 4 Likes |

Why are my people too blinded by ethnicity, religion segregation, tribalism and partisan politics to the point of not thinking that it is possible for problems to arise without pointing accusing fingers at the opposition? Well if as claimed by some the opposition is causing the rancour then it means the opposition is wiser than you not to have foresee it coming.why not blame yourself for sleeping on a fence? İf the opposition still creep into your party to the point of having upper hand to appoint whom they want to become your party leader then consider yourself not fit to be a party. Then mumus will start taping into blessing. Who is this man father? How much whealth does His father left for him to inherit and do business with? Were did he first make his multi millions, from which work after graduating from University with zero naira? This are the answers I need for some one to claim he got the money from a genuine source. Mind you genuine or not I know majority don't care in as much as he is not arrested in the act. In those days many will defend hosh dog but cos he is in jail now nko? In those days many in government, house of representatives, media personality, entertainers etc associate with him, defend his source of whealth what about today were are they. |

Mennen I did my orientation camp at jare skill camp 2003/2004B it was crazy then. Can't forget the bleeping at night under threes by corners from the second week onward. Can't forget the military drilling, early morning blowing of of trumpet can't forget the matching the going out on jugging around the village and the the trip to mounting were the rules are : no perfume, no red cloth or red undies etc. The short put inside bush across the fence. Hmm so so fun. |
