PoliticsRe: Nigeria: Foreign Reserves Fall By $6 Billion In One Month by FrankC3: 1:46pm On Jan 05, 2009
I am not particularly a financial genius but i can sense that the guys running the present economy are as bad as my self when discussing issues about the economy compared to what what we saw with Soludo of OBJ times.

Tell me, how can any reasonable person change a winning macro economic policy?? These guys don't even know how to manage what they were handed over to not to talk of navigating the nation through stealthily through the impacts of the global financial meltdown.
PoliticsRe: 2009 Will Be A Tough Year, Obasanjo Warns by FrankC3: 5:47pm On Jan 04, 2009
can we for once judge the statement the man made based on its merits?
OBJ is just right, things will surely get worse, because the country is in auto-pilot. There is no direction and the world is in the middle of a major financial crisis. Official corruption is stacking, government's lethargic weakness and lack of will is most apparent save for the campaign against Ribadu. Tell me, what is government doing right bow?, we only hear of a baseless 7-point agenda. I don't know our government's major policy as we are talking.

To me, these are the indices to tell you to tighten you belt, for your salvation is still far off. Remember, that guy was a former president of this country,

Umunna, neghara nu ndia ono nkiti enwe efe a anya ma zaa ajuju nwa afo Igbo juru.

In my opinion, i thing that Dr Ken Nnamani is the right man. I love his principles and goodwill.
Foreign AffairsRe: Should Israel Show More Restraint In The Gaza Crisis? by FrankC3: 5:24pm On Jan 04, 2009
No. Israeli leaders are only carrying out their constitutional responsibility, defending their citizens from the rockets emanating from hamaz (which by ideology and nature is a violent organization committed to the extermination of Israel).

Those guys fired more than 300 rockets into Israel without any particular target. That to me is an act of aggression and i know how our past president (Gen Sani Abacha) will respond to that. The last time i checked, the purpose of war is to affect maximum destruction to your enemies. Restraint is not a language of war, ask Gowon and he will tell you thesame thing.
PoliticsRe: Obasanjo Lobbies Yar'adua For Ribadu's Re-instatement by FrankC3: 5:13pm On Jan 04, 2009
OBJ is definitely smarter than that, don't be fooled
PoliticsRe: Mallam Ribadu Dismissed From The Police! by FrankC3: 5:03pm On Jan 04, 2009
,  and to me this OBJ guy is looking like a MODEL compared to this YouRDull guys.

My worst guess when he was coming in was that he will maintain with sanity, some good structures that OBJ put up but this guy is dismantling Nigeria, smashing Nigeria into pieces and promising to wake up in 2009 without any reasonable policy trust.

The cabal seem not to know that persecuting Ribadu down will be among the things that not even Akunyili will be able to explain away. Ribadu shall be vindicated, he is a MAN!!
PoliticsRe: Obasanjo Lobbies Yar'adua For Ribadu's Re-instatement by FrankC3: 4:52pm On Jan 04, 2009
This goverment seem to be only good in buying over some corrupt press men to manipulate public opinion. I keep asking myself where the press that took on Obasanjo on hyper-activity is keeping dumb over Yaradull's inactivity. Aandokaa-Ibori-Usman should know that the triumph of good over evil is only temporary but never permanent. This is just another unneeded diversion from the apparent weakness on the side of the sailors of this sinking sheep!!

I personally think that OBJ wrote this script after the failed third thirm project and it saddens my heart each day how YRD govt keep making OBJ look like the perfect model of leadership.
PoliticsRe: Gani Fawehinmi Rejects National Honour (OFR) by FrankC3: 5:41am On Dec 17, 2008
Thank you Gani for another bold one.

Rejecting the dishonorable 'honor' is an easy decision to take in the face of the inept leadership at the center. No direction, no policy plan, no ambition, practically no leadership- just trying to manage what they (Yar'dua/Usman/Aandoakaa) found on stage and doing that so badly.

For those who accuse Ribadu of going about things the wrong way, i cant stop thinking that they are the foot soldiers of the same corrupt politicians that were guests to Ribadu. For me, anti-corruption war should be for Nigeria what anti-terror' war is to the US, ony that this time, the real terrorists are enemies within. Tell Dick Cheney about rule of law when the issue of G-Bay prison is on the table, or the invasion of Iraq or other such acts. To the supporters of this corrupt managers at the center, i ask you to consider the effects of corruption and understand that it is worse than communicable avian flu, to which bold, desperate and strong measures are needed to stem.
Ribadu has not been accused of prosecuting innocent people, he has only been accused of not respecting their 'immunity' during the prosecution. That guy achieved in few years what Nigeria as a nation could not achieve in a generation. Maybe, Dora Akunyili will be the next.

Gani stood for the right cause. Lets all hail that decision.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Intercontinental Vs Bat by FrankC3: 10:47am On Jul 14, 2008
I wonder on what basis people are comparing BAT and Intercontinental bank. BAT is a world class company with really PROFESSIONAL LINE OF CAREER DEVELOPMENT. The pay, i think is OK but if you are thinking about career, mixing up with people from different background, international exposure and even reward, i think BAT is the place.
As for Gos, Govt policy, etc, how the hell does that concern a staff?? I sure do no think you'll reject a job with Shell because of militants activities and/or greenhouse gas emissions,

Man, I'd worked there(BAT) as a contractor and my bros works with Intercontinental bank. I'll rather be in the former than in the later!!

Jobs/VacanciesRe: My Own Lng Test by FrankC3: 2:28pm On Mar 31, 2007
Just like to say that the LNG stuff as most of nairalanders have said, is all about speed and accuracy. Just keep cool, don't get worked up. You may not finish most questions but work as fast and as accurately as you can. What matters is suitability for the job which i think this test really measures. Gentlemen, if you are good and fit for this job, i am damn sure you'll get it as that it what the whole thing is all about. It doesn't really matter whether you've seen the questions before or not. Wishing you guys the best,
