I don't offer such help no matter what. The sluts can cry blood for all I care. Tears won't move me. A Knight should defend a lady not lowly whores. |

The Nigerian army is ten times better than the Chadian boys brigade. Our army has troops and equipment all over Borno, Adamawa, Yobe, parts of Gombe and other states defending them against Boko haram onslaught. The Chadians are not fighting any defensive war. All their troops, air power and fire are focused on a few boder towns. |

#8 Don’t take yourself too seriously Getting all worked up over your status in your social circle or beating yourself up too much for a mistake are not going to do your happiness any good in the long run. Instead of fretting over failures, look at them as a way to learn. Think of your mistakes as an experience that can help you grow and become better at what you do. Realize that everyone makes mistakes, and history is riddled with accounts of monumental mistakes that will make yours look very insignificant in comparison.
#7 Help others Some people say that people really don’t do a single thing unless they can benefit from it somehow. That may or may not be true, but even if it is, but helping others is still a very worthwhile endeavor since the potential win-win is that you will make someone else’s life better by helping them in some way, and you’ll feel good about it at the same time.
#6 Stay in touch For those who truly accept you for who you are, make an effort to stay in touch and spend time in their company. This is particularly true for family members and close friends. Too much time spent away from loved ones could easily become one of your most profound regrets when you find yourself getting older and experiencing the loss of the people you love most.
#5 Don’t worry about what others think It can be very tough to let go of the tendency to worry endlessly about what others think of us. It’s something many of us get trapped in very early on, and it’s another ingredient in the recipe for unhappiness. Be yourself and make up your mind that others can accept you for who you really are or can go spend time with someone else. Changing yourself for the approval of others is not the way to find real happiness.
#4 Stop complaining Do you know someone who tends to complain about almost everything? It could be the weather, traffic, relationships, or any number of other things. Complaining tends to be somewhat of a self-fulfilling prophesy. It certainly does not make us any happier, and the more we moan and grumble about something we don’t like, the more we internalize those negative emotions and make us less happy.
#3 Pets Here’s another step you can take towards a happier life that’s also been proven to be beneficial during research studies. Pets make us happier. There are numerous programs that exist to bring pets (especially dogs) into nursing homes and hospital wards because of the positive impact it has on the mood of the patients.
