CapedBaldy:
I procrastinate alot actually
I thought so. What you need is understanding extrovert friends you can confide in about your introversion. They can always ease you up into conversations and social settings. Ideally, your course mates and lodge mates.

please give me tips on this. I'm in school now and I need this. I don't want to feel awkward all the time
If you can muster enough boldness to follow the advice above, then it's just a matter of time.

You can also try out random tasks outside your comfort zone every day that don't necessarily involve groups of people. By the way, do you procrastinate?

find a group of people u want to b free with ,it is your decision,if i go to a place where people socialize i quickly make decision and start talking before i think too deep and become quiet, and it has helped me.i was in a group with few people i knew we were going to work together for a while ,i decided to start flowing with them immediately i joined because i knew we have long way to go,but there was this other guy that kept mute b4 u knw it at our second gathering people started complaining about him,and i already sense his introvertion, currently some people in the group are making plans to accommodate them selves and they side line him, saying that he is immature i was kind of trying to defend him so that they can link up with him but most extrovert dont understand that different people has different personality.

when u know u will need peoples help try to blend b4 the time comes when u will need their help.
Exactly. Once you miss that first window, it becomes very difficult to socialize
FamilyRe: Introverts Lounge (Extroverts Pls Keep Off !!) by Frankenstein: 1:31pm On Mar 01, 2020
By the way, we should not confuse introversion with social awkwardness. You should never be comfortable or resigned to your social anxiety. You can completely overcome it while still being an introvert.

If you have ever tried them you'd know they are both uncomfortable.

Why would anyone even choose those?

Talk is cheap!!! You are only saying that because you have not lost a loved one cum breadwinner(s)

Though I didn't lose anyone but do you know that some of these people killed are the breadwinners in their familieshuh

Some, their parents could also be agedhuh Where do they start fromhuh

This is the documentary, I expected our media house to flash their beam light on!!! How are the families coping with the news of the deathhuh

So until you know that, don't come here saying what you don't know!!! Na so life easyhuh We are talking of a life, you are talking if propertieshuh Which is more importanthuh

I don't support vandalism but destroying South Africans properties is reasonable on the side of Nigerians comparing to loss of lives!!!

And if you think I am not reasonable enough when next you see the Mob going to attack the south Africans store, stop them and repeat what you have just told me.

Goodluck!!!
Can you mention just one name of a Nigerian that was killed in South Africa?

Fighter

“Clear!”

The defibrillator hummed and jolted me. My mind flashed.

Mummy had warned me about following strangers to their house, but it’d been Bayo who’d taught me fractions and called me ‘Liddle one'.

I’d tried to push him off, but my 9-year-old body proved weak. He’d pinned me on his mattress.

But something had roared in me; Something unnatural.

I’d then bit, scratched, screamed. I was being battered but I’d fought, and I’d won, while he fled scared.

Two weeks later, I woke up in the ICU. Bayo had been caught and the Media was calling me Fighter Girl.

well the phone is sleek...with a nice user interface, the battery is also good. But the camera like all Xiaomis is wack, I'm even thinking of rooting and installing Gcam. Summarily the phone minus the picture software is nice
Does it have flash charge and what's the price?

So I had to upgrade my budget and today I got the redmi note 4x from LKJ20...nigga took a chance with me and sent the phone from Lagos to Ebonyi without receiving payment even though he had a plan B(locking it with his own password) ...I saw the phone was intact and transferred him his Money...so guess I'm still a member of the Xiaomi family
Please offer a review. How's the phone?

CultureRe: Osu Caste System Abolished In Irete, Owerri West LGA by Frankenstein: 6:07pm On Jul 18, 2018
ikennaf1:
One of the disadvantages of Christianity at the time. The people regarded as osu are just people who devoted themselves and family and future families to the worship of a fetish deity.... mostly due to safety reasons or hunger.

Due to influx of Christianity at the time, those people were therefore declared outcasts. They and their descendants. It's all shades of wrong. Whatever one does in a bid to protect himself, he should not be judged for it. During the civil war, a whole community dedicated themselves to a deity when their community fell to Nigerian soldiers. They shouldn't be judged for it, but they are. Religion is not hypocritical but it turns on the hypocrisy in us.

Christianity didn't declare them as outcasts... it was the hypocrisy in humans that did.

As a matter of fact, most Nigerian Christians will want to distance themselves from people whose families are said to have dedicated themselves to one deity or the other.
Are you sure you are Igbo? The first Christian converts were the Osus. Christianity helped in abolishing the long practiced Osu caste system.
