#2 Sleep
Many of us have been told that we need to get a good night’s sleep since we were kids. There’s a lot of wisdom in that advice, since we know that not getting enough sleep can drag you down both physically and emotionally. The number of hours people should sleep each night might differ a bit from person to person, but the key is being sure that you get enough sleep to make you feel your best.

Nairaland General › Simple Ways To Be Happy In Life by Frankenstein(op): 10:24am On Mar 10, 2015 |
There’s a lot going on in the world at any given moment, and much of it certainly isn’t uplifting. Sometimes just taking in the evening news broadcast can be a depressing experience for people. In general, life is not always a bed of roses and for some people, it’s easy to start feeling a bit down in the dumps. It really is a choice, however. Whether you’re just feeling a little blue or you are dealing with a case of full-blown clinical depression, there are things that can be done to help you become a happier person. Obviously, it might take more than a few simple changes in your life to make a different for someone who is seriously depressed, but for others, simple things like these could make a big difference in how you feel about yourself and the world around you. #1 ExerciseThat sounds pretty simple, right? It really is, but the key to this activity is sticking to it. That’s not always so easy to do. Exercise is beneficial in so many ways. Scientific research has shows that exercise has such a positive effect on a person’s emotional status that it has even been used to help people who have issues with serious depression. http://dailyentertainment.me/health/8-things-you-can-do-today-to-be-happier

If Buhari steps down and Osinbade resigns, the senate president will be sworn in as the GCFR. According to the constitution.
The only plausible theory here is that Tinubu will keep Osinbade under his control. |

http:///12239523No reprisal attack will happen. Yorubas have been living peacefully with Igbos in Lagos before this incident occurred. It wasn't a direct attack against Igbos, the target was a perceived PDP establishment. There are better ways to attack Igbos other than razing a transport company. Let the police do their job and fish out the real perpetrators (Which is very unlikely to happen though) and settle the matter lawfully. |

queensmith: [s]You guys are so silly,
Where is the evidence that Buhari WASN'T in the UK on business?
Given the climate of Nigerias medical system any opportunity to visit a doctor outside of he UK should be taken if one values his or her life and health. Buhari visiting a hospital doesn't mean he's sick or dying of anything. Don't be stupid and stop listening to Fayose who is by far the one in need of specialist medical treatment for his apparent psychosis.
Back to the story the first tweet by mrayedee is an unsubstantiated claim with no evidence of truth.
The second tweet is pasted is by Saraki showing a photograph of Buhari with Tony Blair, one we haven't seen before, the only evidence I need.
The blog then argued its not true because some Nigerian newspaper printed that he didn't attend the meetings scheduled, even if that were true, we still have a photograph here with TB! And there is no law saying he has to go anywhere.
Apparently the photo is old because Buhari isn't wearing a Jacket. Nonsense and rubbish, there is no law in the UK saying you must wear a jacket. I'm not wearing one, its not as cold as it was in December its not necessary.
There's also screenshots of further speculation made by the ever so unreliable Nigerian media, let's create a rule of thumb here - if it wasn't officially released by nominated speakers of APC, don't waste your time speculating. You can't claim APC lied about something they never said.
The rest of the screenshots are complete nonsense. I'm not aware of APC announcing he was to attend this TV show.
That being said I will like to know where his Chatham house issue came up, did APC mention this in an official statement? Or was this more Nigerian media cookery?[/s] |

jayfolarin: Phhewww. I dunno what pictures the guys above me are viewing, but those are two very dissimilar pictures. Look at the lamps at the extreme left for example, one has a thin and straight lampholder while the other lampholder is curvy and robust! And the Bottle of Aquafina in London... Do you still insist that Buhari was interviewed in London after that killer stroke? |

He marvelled everyone when he insisted on following the queue to be screened like every other passenger despite entreaties by supporters and Airport workers. He told someone close by in Hausa, "if I refused to follow the queue today, how will I tell anyone else to follow the queue tomorrow" It was indeed a rare display of discipline, courage and conviction. Airport workers nearby testified that he had always followed the queue ever since they knew him as a passenger on the International or Domestic routes." If he was seen on a queue, pictures must have been taken. Share some pictures m |
