BBC to Nigeria is like Press TV to USA.
They're always airing negative news about Nigeria. The first to report a Boko haram attack and the last to report a military recapture of our territories under Boko haram.
Just follow BBC AFRICA on Facebook. You'll be appalled by the amount of negative news about Africa by scorned Britannia Bias Channel. |

themejiwalker: Boss, You have to understand that ladies like to associate themselves with success. It does not matter if she can pay her bills or take care of herself of not. Women expect some certain level of responsibility from their men. Not all girls ask their guys for money but it does not mean a guy should ignore the little things. Everybody wants to associate theirselves with success. In our society, most women heap 100% of financial needs on the men like we're still in the 19th century. Responsible or not, it's the money and its consistency that matters to them. To me, apart from regular gifts and whatnot, a guy shouldn't spend 1 kobo directly on any woman he's not married to. |

If we lose 400 soldiers in that battle, then it is better than losing 40 soldiers everytime we repel BH. Blindly lead thousands of soldiers to their death and leave territories defenseless? Sambisa forest is bigger than some states in Nigeria. |

sucess001: how many jet fighters or attack helicopters do boko haram posess that enabled them take over these territories? or how many did they have to take over our military base? You have no knowledge about guerrilla warfare and counter-insurgency. Boko haram has AA guns and machine guns mounted on hilux vans and they have APCs. They have hundreds of heavily-armed suicidal fighters too. That is just enough to strike and overtake any lightly-defended area in the absence of a prompt air support from our airfore, steal the weapons there and continue the cycle. |

Politics › Re: International Indictment: Jonathan's Govt Innefective- Obama by Frankenstein: 4:21pm On Jan 26, 2015 |
sucess001: well... ' least you conceed that they can be returned to their pre-2012 status...
the question is...does this government look capable of achieving that? Very capable. The FG only needs to procure enough advanced jet fighters and attack helicopters guided by satellite imaging system. They'll take over territories in Boko haram's control. Beefing up intelligence networks then will reduce suicide attacks to the bearest minimum. |
Politics › Re: International Indictment: Jonathan's Govt Innefective- Obama by Frankenstein: 2:39pm On Jan 26, 2015 |
sucess001: Oga park well...all these actions are mainly out of his country. How many terrorist attacks have been recorded in his country since 9/11? I pray d govt's inactions will affect one of ur relatives and den li wonder wat song u ll be singing Boston Marathon bombing. Please compare a third world country with another third world country. No President can stop Boko haram, nobody can quell fanatical religious ideologists situated in a sympathetic region. They, however, can be reduced to their pre-2012 status when they controlled zero territories. |

KEVIND: He can do more than we expected, and I saw him as a detribalised president who does not have the mind of tyranny. He is the only president that people will abuse and he will not ask the security agents to arrest and try you. What members of the opposition did to Jonathan with the mind of maturity he absolved it, they cannot do 10 per cent of it to former President Olusegun Obasanjo when he was in power.
His simplicity cannot be compared, his humility is something to write for others to emulate. So, he is a president that can build a strong foundation for Nigeria’s nascent democracy.
People are blaming Jonathan for hardship in the country, they cannot blame state governors and law makers in the country who are being given constituency allowances but everybody is blaming Mr. President when I talk about politicians I speak without exception. Many governors and local government chairmen could not give account of what they collect every month from the allocation account.
Before the current fall in the prices of crude oil, some were collecting about N6 -7 billion every month and all they do is to embark on elitist projects that have no direct impact on the lives of common people only to come and accuse Mr. President that he is not performing.
One thing I respect Jonathan for is despite pressures from the ruling PDP, he refused to influence the result of elections as we have witnessed from the result of Anambra, Edo, Ekiti, Ondo and Osun states governorship elections. We were surprised when a large number of security agents were sent to Ekiti and Osun states during the last elections, it was later we got to know that some members of the party gave him a wrong assessment of the situation that there will be crisis during the elections. http://www.thecable.ng/adams-south-west-wont-vote-buhari-en-mass-dont-trust-fulani |
