BusinessRe: Why Intelligent People End Up Broke & Poor - How To Change Your Situation! by frankwealth(op):
2. Jack of All Trades!

Most intelligent people are broke or end up financially broke because they are jack of all trades and master of none. They meddle into too many things at the same time, and at the end of the day, they can't boast of mastering one thing that makes them real money.

Because they believe too much in their intelligence, they end up wanting to know it all. And they become less focused. Remember, to make money in life, you need to define your niche and master your niche and build an audience, a followers hip, a fan base or a customer base around that niche so they can trust your expertise and will gladly part with their money for your sake.

If you meddle into too many things at the same time, you will definitely find it difficult to make a decent income.
BusinessRe: Why Intelligent People End Up Broke & Poor - How To Change Your Situation! by frankwealth(op): 3:08pm On Jun 02, 2018
1. They over think issues:

most intelligent people spend quite a considerable amount of time thinking and analyzing things before they take a step or before they take action while the presumed less intelligent people just act.

It is good to plan, it is good to think and analyze situation before you take action, but spending too much time and energy thinking and analyzing a situation can demoralise your ambition. People who trust their instincts always succeed more than people who fear their instinct.

Most intelligent people don't trust their instinct, they rely more on their human intelligence to get them going.

When you think or analyze a situation too much, you will discover too many faults and pitfalls that will discourage you from trying. But most times, it is safer to try and then find solutions to the challenges as you progress through the steps instead of spending too much time and energy analyzing and reanalyzing.

Countless research around the world has proven times without number that most intelligent people find it difficult to make money. When I mean making money, I don't mean earning salary, I am talking about making huge money that will make you rich or middle class at worst.

If you sit back now and reflect or look around your family, your immediate environment or your mates, you will come to realise that the most intelligent chaps you know are either not rich or they ate struggling financially in life. On the contrary, the ones we consider as not intelligent or less intelligent are making big money, earning big income and living their dream life while the super intelligent ones are still struggling to find their feat.

Do you know why this is so? Find out in the next posts....

CelebritiesRe: Linda Ikeji Gets An 11-Room Mansion For 'Made In Gidi' Reality Show (Photos) by frankwealth: 5:41pm On May 24, 2018
SolutionMee:
cry

There's more to her wealth

My brother is a professional blogger and he is still trekking and living in a rented apartment

Even the owner of Google ain't that rich

Nigerians and ritual are 5&6
She makes her money from internet traffic, plus she is a lady in Nigeria.

Entertainment, gossip and relationship bloggers who are females prosper faster than their male counterparts in Nigeria, you know whyhuh They get lots of support from both male and female.

Meanwhile, Linda Ikeji's blog gets over 50,000 daily page views, that traffic alone will be earning her at least $150 daily on Google AdSense alone. Multiply $150 * 30 days = $4,500 at least every month. That's around 1.3million naira monthly from Google AdSense alone.

Mind you, Linda Ikeji has become the face of internet blogging and social media in Nigeria such that every big brand want to advertise on her blog because of the huge influence and exposure it will give to their brand or product, so for this singular reason, Linda Ikeji rakes in at least additional 5 - 10million naira every month from header banner and side bar banner adverts of top brands and companies.

As if that's not enough, Linda Ikeji does sponsored post on her blog which sometimes runs into 100,000naira and above for her to post about your product or service on her blog that won't stay at the top for more than 2 hours, imagine how many of this sponsored posts Linda runs on her blog in a month, multiply it by 30 days, you might be getting another 1 million or less naira to her bank account in a month.

Now, have you heard about Linda Ikeji social? She makes money there too by running adverts for companies, brands, services and what have you, though she shares the revenue with her members which you can join to become one by sending her top first class news video or gossip video.

All these alone, when summed up should be earning Linda a steady income of at least 10,000,000 - 20,000,000 naira every month.

There is power in social media and blogging. In fact there is power in being popular or being the owner of any platform online or offline where people gather to discuss or play or listen to gossip.

Seun the owner of Nairaland is very rich too....just that as a guy, he doesn't show off...unlike women that show off whatever penny they acquire because to them, its not easy to make money as a woman, so when they acquire small money or huge money, they blow trumpet that sounds so loud.

Kemi would have been as rich as Linda if she had focused well with her bogging and concentrate more on Nigerian content and entertaining people positively than being vindictive; maybe that's her own strategy but it failed.

In summary, there is money in blogging. I have a guy I trained on affiliate marketing, as we speak now, he earns steady $1500 - $4,500 monthly through affiliate marketing blogging.

How? He writes product reviews and from there he adds affiliate marketing links and sometimes he ads his own product which I taught him how to create.

Many young Nigerians are making huge money online that you may think they are into Yahoo Yahoo....but then, if u know what you are doing, Yahoo Yahoo na nonsense, the income is not steady, and its not sustainable unlike legitimate internet business.

do you know that millions of people have talents more than Psquare, Davido, Ronaldo, Messi, even Michael Jackson but are begging for foodhuh

Most times, its not just about being talented alone, you need to harness whatever talent or passion you have to make money. And above all that, destiny is real. You can't excel beyond your destiny. Destiny plays a very vital role in who we become in life.

Talent is not just enough because many talented people ate hungry and homeless cry

Any wise and beautiful woman has more chances of becoming rich than a handsome man.

If you are a pretty lady, all you need is media exposure and you are definitely on your way to enjoying riches of the world.

But all the same, it pays to be smart; working hard alone cannot make you rich today, you need to work smart and follow trends to make it.

Oil company jobs, Telecom jobs, banking jobs, etc are no longer the shortest ways to becoming rich and successful today, having media exposure, being popular either on the internet or TV are the shortest ways to becoming financially free today.

How do you achieve this? Blogging is one easiest way to achieve this if you have passion you can continuously talk about to create a dedicated audience.

You can also start a YouTube channel to talk about a particular interesting topic, this with time will make you popular and will start to convert into money if you monetize it optimally smiley
PoliticsRe: 2019: If I Were You I Won’t Contest At 70 – Customs CG Hammed Ali Tells Buhari by frankwealth: 9:10am On May 23, 2018
Do you know one common problem with aged peoplehuh

They are usually opinionated and believe they know it all more than anybody.

With Buhari being a former military general, a one time military head of state, a former military governor and former minister of petroleum, though unmerited positions if not for military coup and military regimes, he believes he knows it all more than any other person in Nigeria.

The only people Buhari respects are white people, especially Americans and Europeans and probably old people like him; OBJ and co whom he know are old and have ruled Nigeria like him too.

The old people syndrome is so bad that they don't listen to positive or progressive counsels and they believe young people and younger generation are bad and lack moral standing, reason they prefer appointing fellow aged colleagues and loyalists whether they merit it or not.

Old people ought not to lead any progressive or struggling nation like Nigeria, Nigeria need young people willing to learn and willing to adopt modern ways of life and leadership.

The black man syndrome; always celebrating university graduation to obtain paper certificate instead of celebrating innovation and personal creativity that leads to the creation of companies and organisations from scratch.

We are still far in this fast paced world of today.

We need to start thinking of creating our own industries, technology brands, and solutions to global problems instead of celebrating certificate acquisition to go labor for another human like us to become richer while collecting monthly salary with pride

iamfree25:
Ive posted this in the 'investment' section but im posting it here too to get more views and comments.

Economy recession and porverty has made my mum come to the conclusion of obtaining a loan and using our house in agbado area of lagos as a collateral..

Mum doesnt have a job for 2years now and things have been rough, she's not a government worker which makes it hard for her to get a loan from the bank even with the collateral..

So ive decided to help her ask here on nairaland how she could get a loan of 1-1.5million naira to start a profitable business that has to do with food and kerosene sales...

Please anyone should give me options available for her, if theres an organisation or individual who has enough money to loan her, we've heard stories about money lenders who use voodoo and charms on people to make it hard for the borrower to pay back so they can have the collateral, thats why we want to be safe
... the current situation is not helping matters... She's ready to use the house as a collateral to show seriousness..

I need answers asap please.. Thanks
Dont go for bank loan, dont go for renmoney, their interest rate is not good for a startup business.

your mum need a no interest rate loan from a family member, church, government.

send me a mail to: frankywealth@gmail.com.

put: my mom loan as the subject of the mail

FamilyRe: 60% Of Married Women Don’t Love Their Husbands- Lady Says, See Response by frankwealth: 3:28pm On May 18, 2018
Yes 60% or more of married women don't love their husbands! Do you know whyhuh

Reason for the above can be found below:
70% of Nigerian ladies don't marry the guy they desire to marry due to bad economy and widespread unemployment and under-employment of guys, so most ladies end up marrying the man with the ability to provide money and shelter for them!

80% Men don't love their wives!

Reason for the above can be found below:
85% Men marry to have kids and to please their parents/society, not necessarily because they love the lady they married!

40% of single ladies above 25yrs now won't get married because they won't see any guy ready to marry them!

Reason for the above can be found below:
Due to rapidly growing unemployment and under-employment of male graduates in Nigeria, most guys won't have the money and courage to go into marriage out of fear of not being able to take care of their wife and kids....so therefore, there will be scarcity of men to marry, leading to more number of ladies that won't get married due to lack of husband
FamilyRe: 60% Of Married Women Don’t Love Their Husbands- Lady Says, See Response by frankwealth: 3:23pm On May 18, 2018
pocohantas:
Sadly, what she said is the truth, though I can't confirm the percentage. She didn't say they are not happy, she said they don't love their husbands. I won't even argue if she says lots of Nigerian wives are not happy grin

Some women marry the most capable man that can be a good father at least (being a good husband is another story, being both doesn't come easy). Men just hook up with the one that's willing to submit and care for the home.

In the long run, the woman finds happiness in her kids.
The man finds it in every other external factor.

BusinessHappy Birthday To Mark Zuckerberg Founder Of Facebook! by frankwealth(op): 12:22pm On May 14, 2018
It is good to celebrate great people no matter what.

Today, Mark turns 34, almost same age with Seun the founder of Nairaland.

I admire people like this so much.

At 34, Mark is the 5th richest person in the world with over $70billion net worth. That's not an easy feat.

Despite the controversies surrounding him since the emergence of Donald Trump as US President, Mark has sustained his growth rate, and even recently announced that he will be launching a dating App that will change how people find love all over the world which many are patiently waiting for.

Aside that, Mark has helped many people around the world find financial freedom through his Facebook that has helped many internet marketers and small business owners who run converting ads to drive sales and traffic for their business.

So he deserves our good wishes.

We at FrankWealth say a very big Happy birthday to you Mark, age with grace smiley

Do you have a nice business ideahuh Have you researched about the business and you are a bit sure that it will work in your environmenthuh

Please don't wait till you have enough capital before you can start. You can do smaller businesses, service rendering, target-savings to raise your dream business startup capital, please don't wait until you start big. The man of God is right.

Most businesses that started big hardly work...most of them crash sooner or later....but when you start small, you learn the principles, the ups, the downs, the hidden secrets and remember, something small can only grow big, but something big has more possibility of going small....also something up has more chances of coming down than for something that's already down to go down again...going up will be much more easier.

Start small today, and grow big...www.frankwealth.com founders started small, and today, they are climbing faster than they ever imagined, so focus on your goals, and success is sure smiley

BusinessRe: Top 10 Richest People In UK In May 2018 by frankwealth(op): 1:34pm On May 13, 2018
Unfortunately, most of the people that made the UK rich list have nothing to do with dotcom or internet technology business unlike their American counterparts, which goes a long way to prove that United Kingdom is still very far away when it comes to internet technology, something they really need to work on because in the coming years, they might be going out of business; I maybe wrong though, but it really shows how backward UK is when it comes to internet technology.

It is also worthy to note that out of the 10 richest people in United Kingdom, 5 are not United Kingdom citizens, which left us wondering if Britons have become too lazy in the rapidly changing internet world of today?
