I would advise using transparent plastic document jackets that are widely available now. It equally preserves the document without the permanent damage of lamination. If it needs to be presented to an organization that doesnt accept laminated documents, you can always bring it out safely and return it after the sighting. Technology has presented us with options!

While it is unfortunate that some lost their jobs, it is better for the larger good of the nation. The administrative overhead of government and government parastatals should be cut to the barest efficient minimum and private industry empowered. This should be replicated across all ministries and redundant structures and people be weeded out.

I agree there are nested algorithms for creating recharge pins, but the op was talking about just "guessing" it correctly which, which compares with a lottery or any other multiple order probabilistic game..

Let's just say you have higher chances...to the order of millions...of winning the lottery than guessing a recharge pin right. Guessing twelve correct digits in the right sequence is no mean feat. Won't go into the mathematics now. I'd say if you had that much time, luck or brainpower, channel it into more lucrative stochastic endeavours...
