I was their former staff, its for real, they dont usually advertise for positions they go after applicants, they are a management consultancy firms that run the finance departments of major upcoming and established companies, they are friendly and nice, just relax when you get their and be on time, and once more their test no easy ooh, general maths, english, critical reasoning and accounts. Also the interview is done on two levels, one by a middle mgt staff, then a senior staff, usually one on one, you will learn alot and improve urself if u land a job there, i had other plans regarding my career thats why i stopped working, anyway i hope this helps.

Maybe you should start looking to do some study on the business aspect of web development. Well we learn everyday, i have already made that mistake not stating that in my proposal, but now that the mistake has been made what do u advice i do next to rectify the problem.

The site is nice, i like how you made it simple by using i colour fill, nice use of uniform texts, you have created a lovely holder for the header, but u could still work on the content in the header, build some nice logos for the hair tv nigeria or redesign the text, then i really do not like the flash banner for adverts that has a black background, the black background flash looks off from the page, if you are going to keep it black, move it to the right hand side, well i may be wrong thats just my opinion

Goodday House, am quite in a fix, i completed a job for my client, after being satisfied with my job, he hasn't paid my balance which
is meant to cater for the design itself, is going to 2weeks after submitting my invoice, do i keep disturbing them and hope they will
pay or i remove my design from the server, i want to know whether is professional to do that, and how long do i wait that is considered
long enough before i begin to take action.

u tried, but the site is still not it.

1. the part 'LET US MOVE YOU INTO YOUR HOME' leaves more to be desired.

2. the about us bar stopping at half the page, leaving a blank space on the right is not too tight. stretch the bar to the end. ( do the same for the contact us and other pages ). this will reduce the sense of emptiness.

3. the navigation bar has curved edges, why not try to curve the pictures in the middle in order to be consistent.

YOUR HOME'', are u saying i shouldnt put the text, image there or i should use another word text there.

There are 2 type of people you will get with ur offer,
1. Professionals who are less busy and just want to while away time with designing a free site
2. Amateurs who are justing learning and need a break, who could do a good job or mess up everything.

The choice is yours get tested or non tested, your price is too low for a site that involves php scripting and database,
increase the price and get quality work which will benefit you in the long run.

wow, ur colors are fighting each other, dont overdo the design, simplicity and a bit of a good design touch at the top will do the job, u dont have to turn the site to a gradient site to prove designing skills, simplicity and a touch of uniqueness will do the job.
