Tolexander:Did you hear yourself well? Providing bicycles is not the countries priority for now. In other countries, purchasing bicycles could be done by individuals I.e for pleasure. Just because the lanes are constructed by the government doesn't mean that they will be the one to provide or purchase the bicycles for the individuals. Why providing bicycles only in Abuja? Other means of transportation indeed..... .... We are fond of mimickin' what others are doing. |
