Anyone who listens to Obasanjo as a source of Nigeria history is an illiterate or just a sycophants. He's one of the worst liars of Nigerias history trying to appear like a savior in the past.
Obasanjo never paid any tribute to Abiola when he had the power as a President.
Every plea to immortalise Abiola fell on Obasanjo deaf ear. He never liked him, very jealous of him. People begged him to make June 12 democracy day that should be celebrated in Abiolas name...he never supported. June 12 was to be that date chosen to inaugurate President as a honour to Abiola...But this same hypocrite Obasanjo cancelled it and said it has to be May29
Obasanjo is a green snake. He's the reason the northern military dictator in power imprisoned Woke Soyinka during Biafra civil war. Obasanjo snitched and lied on Woke Soyinka.
