Secondly, GEJ rigged almost all SE and SS states 2015. Infact, same template for presidential was used in almost all SS/SE states that threw up Hope as senator under PDP which ultimately denied Imo state Senate presidency. Don't let me start now.

The top 5 governorship candidates are

1 Ihedioha PDP............from Owerri zone with the highest voting strength in Imo state

With the above settings definitely Ihedioha has more chances of winning

The people of Imo State cannot continue with this line of statement as if Imo State belongs to Orlu. As long as a person from Orlu zone did not become the next governor of Imo State, I am very fine.

They are the richest and just like the north have more voting strength. There is no argument about that. But I have to agree that Nwosu and Hope will share that zone's vote.

Not that I disagree with you. Saraki picked Ahmed 2011, Saraki as then governor sponsored his handpicked candidate Ahmed. Its a different issue now as the person who picked Atunwa lost an election and their party PDP loosing to Buhari. So its wise he play safe by denying access to funds.

I told listeners some months ago that what will give APC the upper hand is EFCC. Today, all can see how they blocked BDC and banks from accepting Atiku's $$. Its a no brainier that same tactics will be used on outgoing governors in the opposition side. Good or bad but as long as that agency is in the hand of the executive, it will remain this way.

The info can then be used to do shopping via coded carding shopping sites. I can tell u, such software was on sale in Amazon and alibaba with coded name.

Baba, yes, your info is digitally stored on your card. I encourage u to read more about carding and the dark web. From the comments here, I can see that carding go easy die for naija.

Ur card has some of your info stored in it electronically and can be extracted with a software.. It is exactly what the ATM does.

No mate, credit card is different from debit card and the modus its data is stored and accessed is also different.
ATM have two input slots and 4 output slots. All banks connect to a single host which ATMs are connected to. When you slot your Debitcard to an ATM mechine or a POS, it quickly run a https_get protocol to this host server which spools your information like bank balance and transaction activities.
Only your name is stored on the card.
To decrypt your pin, the same sequence of events occur.
Now, possible way he could achieve this is if he have a POS malware that decrypts user details upon authentication. Any other thing he says is hogwash to deceive the ignorant.
