I find it hard to stop too cos when I hangout with friends, I must drink...even if it is small quantity. But i have reduced it drastically now. Maybe twice in a month. Or tops, 4 times in a month. And I detox a lot so my liver and kidneys can relax small. Thank God the liver can regenerate itself if you don't stress it with alcohol for a period of time. My best drink is now warm lemon water...cheapest and one of the most effective means of detoxification.

Yea, I think reducing hangout with pals will help. Because there is no way I hang out with those my 'drunkin master' friends without having few bottles myself.

I think it became better the second term though when OBJs policy began to settle in.
If Atiku took over the helms then, OBJ would have easily passed as the worst president ever.

fayose cannot win an election in sw. You are obviously not from the SW. It seems many people from the south east have bought into the fayose hype and adopted him because he is anti-buhari and making noise up and down. Fayose is seen as an slowpoke in yoruba land by both the elite and the masses. in his own state of Ekiti even if he wins Ekiti all he will contribute to PDPs total is 50,000 votes. That is the margin of victory in all Ekiti elections one way or another and that is the extent of his influence. The total number of voters in Ekiti is 400k...fayose is not an asset. Fayose could not even deliver Ekiti for his own succesor!!! PDP's best bet is to look for a known apolitical technocrat in the SW

I wish our Ibo brothers would recognise realities and stop being emotional. APC is busy gaining ground on PDP heartland of the SE and SE. When I say gaining ground I dont mean taking over but chipping away at their lead, it all adds up. Once Akpabio defects APC will have 2 of the 3 senate seats in the state, similarly there have been a few defections in the SE (cant remember the senator or governor). PDP cannot afford to give the VP slot to someone from the SE because it means they will not get Sw votes whichis a precondition to even think about defeating Buhari. So when you think about tit rationally, there is nothing for the SE in the presidency come 2019. If PDP wins it wont be with a SE VP. So I dont get what all the noise is about?

Fayose and Wike have plotted the game right from the begining. Reason they sidelined GEJ during the last national convention.
GEJ wanted one professor from Ekiti as National Chairman, which will then pave the way for Igbo Vice presidency. But Wike and Fayose hijacked the plan and handed the chairmanship position to SS, paving the way for a Yoruba (Fayose most likely) to take the VP slot. We will see as this unfolds.

Where will it come from SW? Fayose? Well that depends on who wins the primaries. But we Igbo are between the devil and the deep blue sea.
I see Peter Obi getting that post because he is the best among the lots in PDP and comes with less 'baggage'. But still cant see them defeating Buhari to be very honest.
No matter how you do the calculations, permutations, its hard to see APC not winning to be frank.

The law of jumping ship favors politicians/rich and not the common man who wastes his/her energy voting for them.

Technically a Governor doesn't have to resign because he defected from his party to another. He was elected by the people of the state, not his party members alone.

People voted for APC not PDP. So defecting is wrong based on how one is elected, be it to PDP or APC.
In the ballot what we saw was PDP, APGA, APC etc etc not Tambuwal, El Rufai, Wike. If we as ordinary citizens don't check this defections it will get messier by the day.
Imagine few weeks after may 29 swearing in ceremony and Wike moves to APGA or after a hard fought victory by PDP party faithfuls and the winner jumps to another party next day.
I think the best way is, if you want to jump ship - resign.
What it is turning out to be is that campaigning for APC or PDP is a total waste of time, as any of them will jump ship at any giving time without checks.

I feed the puppies (4 Months+) twice a day.
I previously was feeding them in the evening because its the best time to avoid flies... but that made them lazy night times, so now I feed them mid day. Anything from 10 am to 2 pm.

Funny! Buhari brought shekarau from the gutters. A lecturer in the university and made him governor by dislodging kwankwaso.
Before now, no governor have won reelection in Kano but Buhari changed that and shekarau won reelection.

Fast forward to 2011. Buhari brought kwankwaso to dislodge the candidate of shekarau. Now the two are working for eachother.

But what if kwankwaso fail to get the PDP ticket, what will happen?
Because as far as am concerned, kwankwaso and shekarau have nothing against Buhari's presidency per say.
Will they support Atiku, or Tambuwal or Saraki or Dankwambo? Difficult to see that happening.
