The thing is: end to end encryption means that message sent from your end gets encrypted as you hit the send button, then gets decrypted when it enters the other person's inbox. Hence, whatsapp can't know what you send. It's practically impossible to intercept a message in transit to view it's content - not even whatsapp can do that, so if there's a leak, it's from one of the ends.

A little correction sir, 'It's practically possible to intercept a message but a lot difficult to decrypt". Nothing is impossible.
Secondly, a message can be intercepted just as the sender hit the send button and right before its encrypted (rootkit).
Having said that, just as you stated, most leaks happen from either the sender or the receiver and not particularly by man-in-the-middle scenario.

Flighting across Nigeria reveals the state of underdevelopment and low population density in all parts of Nigeria except Lagos state. Nigeria is really not a beautiful country.

Per capita is calculated with population. So what is the population of Ukraine? If you double or triple their population to 140m or so, then even Benin will be richer than them.
If you half the population of China for example then they should be the richest Etc etc..
Having said that, per capita is not the right tool to measure a countries wealth.
