This guy married a 16year old girl. I was in school then when they were repainting that Concord Hotel to Arsenal colour for the wedding. Was cool though. Now I see why Buhari, Ned Nwoko and Co are marrying small girls. |

This guy actually came to Nigeria to be arrested. It's not rocket science. All this Bureau de change guys are well connected even in interpol office, Abuja and even in Efcc. I dont believe this story of him being arrested at the airport that made it look like he was sneaking out or something. |

[s] voltron14: The time you spent writing this hogwash should have been spent in trying to improve your grammar.
In red:
You must be his bookkeeper.
Perhaps that's why you think you know a thing about law.
Funny enough, you cannot even stick to one premise.
You say he is guilty of nothing. Yet again, you believe he may just get a fine.
Do you think you get fines for nothing?
Do you understand what being convicted for a criminal offence means?
You are flagged for Visa denial and even flight to countries that are erstwhile Visa free.
You cannot seek political office.
Bank loans are usually denied.
Cannot act as a guarantor.
You have a strike against your record, making you susceptible to jail time as you are no longer considered a first time offender.
So many more.
Pick one of these things that are desirable in your life. [/s] Ogbeni, Rotimi and every other SAN collects nothing less than 1.5m per hour, if you don't know this then you obviously know nothing. Secondly, If you don't understand my English then get that hell out and look for english students to engage with. Did I indicate anywhere that am an English professor? Inferiority complex! People like you cannot read or write your native language correctly but come to look for who spell a foreign language wrongly online. Anofia everywhere. Ehm, there is a site where you spell-check and get paid. People like you are needed there. Dambanza. |

You guys are wasting money charging someone when there is no prove yet that he defrauded someone. That efcc SAN Rotimi or so that always appear in court charges not less that 1.5m/hr. Go figure. |

superlanny: This dude should be jailed, going by the evidence found on his laptop and phone, remember there is a time stamp on anything you do online, he should be happy he has money, cus he would have access to that 50k apartment in ikoyi prison. Little by little we will cleanse Nigeria. The law does not work that way bro even though you feel he is guilty. You must establish beyond reasonable doubts that the person you are going to punish actually committed the offence. Example, if you search my home and see a gun, does that mean am an armed robber?? You must establish those connections else I will only be charged for possession of firearms illegally. In his own case, he claim that the said system does not belong to him, so EFCC have to go an extra mile to prove it belongs to him. EFCC might as well trace some transactions back to his account and other evidence but until then, what is on ground is not enough. Just seeing text files and history is not enough to pronouncesomeone guilty. Highest the chap will get the usual 6 months with an option of fine as you have not yet proven if he actually defrauded someone. |

iamoyindamola: educate us please what's so special with SSD cos I can see that's your selling point SsD is faster, apps runs faster and smoother. It also boots faster. An ssd system boots/restarts within 5 to 10 seconds. It does not heat up like HDD and you don't hear all those crank sound that comes with HDD when they are performing heavy tasks. In fact there is so much about ssd. The downside is that it is expensive than HDD system. |

Crime › Re: EFCC Arrests 26 Adulterated Palm Oil Producers In Gombe (Photos) by frowland(m): 2:09pm On Oct 20, 2019 |
Wallade: Oh please, be realistic: EFCC is not established to prosecute food adulteration or counterfeiting crimes. That is NAFDAC's job You are getting it wrong. All the offence he committed falls under the purview of the EFCC and NAFDAC (fake oil, and illegal profits). NAFDAC will prosecute him, but who will charge him for profiting illegally? Okay let me tell you a life experience. EFCC blocked one of my friends account and he was worried why such will happen as he have not done anything wrong financial wise. A month earlier his truck was seized by Customs for engaging in illegal rice smuggling. So, customs will be prosecuting him and afterwards hand over the financial matters to EFCC. This was the reason his account was frozen. He was actually committing economic & financial crimes. Same as oil bunkering and rice smuggling. All this fall under the purview of Customs and EFCC. In the court, this palm oil dealer will be joined in court by both EFCC and NAFDAC. Strange that Nigerians don't know the ACTS setting up agencies. |

selemempe: that is not an economic crime ogbeni. That either the job of the police or NAFDAC It is bro, he makes money by adultrating a commodity. Selling it and making illegal profit from it - this is economic crime. Those who adulterated kerosene during OBJ tenure was charged under economic crime/terrorism. |
