Seems like it's his format.

grin
I have said it here that Obi is not interested in winning any election.

He is milking Zionist like Larry Ellison who bankrolled his 2023 campaign.

He is only in the race to steal campaign funds donated by ***ish Zionists backing his Presidency

The whole Kwankwasso US Congress debacle was lobbied by Zionist AIPAC to coerce Kwankwasso to collapse his Kwankwassai movement with the Obidients mob in a bid to secure northern Muslim support but it has backfired badly.

Obi is not in the race to win. He has found a new hustle in embezzling campaign funds.

Even the likes of Aisha who are linked to CIA do not believe in obi winning. They are just in the obidient to milk as much Zionist cash as possible.

If I lie , why can't Aisha resign from obidient movement despite the way Obi threw her under the bus. Her aim now is to repeat the massive embezzlement of campaign funds that will be flowing from Zionists .

Did you run away with 12 billion naira?
Obi was the SE campaign director of the Goodluck/Sambo 2015 Presidential campaign.

Outside every other regional/state and media directors of the GEJ/Sambo campaign, only Giringori Obi was not arrested by the Buhari govt during the Dasuki probe

SE PDP had protested to GEJ on appointing Giringori to be his SE campaign director. They complained that Obi just defected to the party and such a position was too sensitive to be given to him. They also protested on how Giringori was refusing to release funds for the campaign to SE stakeholders in the party.

Giringori held on to the over #40bn funds for the GEJ/Sambo campaign and refused to release it until the very last minute and when he finally did , it was too little and too late.

This was one of the major reasons that there was voter apathy in the SE.

Obi has been stealing campaign funds since GEJ and even for the Atiku/Obi 2019 campaigns which Atiku accused obi of embezzling and refusing to contribute to the campaigns.

Same thing played out with his own campaign which he and crooks like Aisha embezzled contributed funds for his own campaign.

That Fajuyi 'elected ' to die for Aguiyi Ironsi is a lie concocted by the Lagos- Ibadan expresway media houises. Fajuyi was clearly marked for death by the coup-plotters.
Fajuyi was killed alongside Ironsi for displaying extreme loyalty not as a soldier to another soldier but as a host to his visitor.

The honest truth about you guys is that every good deed done to you guys is seen as weakness.

As for me I have come to see you guys as harmless enemies and treacherous friends

How did they track him? Just very easy for this government but very difficult to track innocent children and their teachers that are under abduction by evil terrorists. How can a federal government be paying politics with human life, very unfortunate. Odikwa egwu o.
And who told you that the DSS is not able to track the very exact location of the bandits.

The issue isn't tracking but how to rescue the hostages held by violent criminals high on drugs who have vowed to murder the hostages if there is any sign of rescue.

if you think these people don't know how to rescue those children in less than 5 hours then you have been fooled.

They know exactly where those children are.

Will they spend this same effort to rescue the children? NEVER.
How do you rescue civilians being held by over 200 armed men who have sworn to murder all the hostages if there is any attempt at rescue?

Real life isn't Hollywood bro.

These bandits use their hostages as human shields.

Unless you want the Nigerian govt to adopt the Hannibal doctrine and bomb every bandit camp including the hostages.

Will Nigerians accept such collateral damage ?

The other option open to the security forces is to arrest relatives of the bandits which I heard is what the govt is doing to mount equal pressure on the bandits to release the hostages.

Who started kidnapping in the world.

Where did it all started?

I know it started from somewhere....someone should enlighten us please.

God help us.
Kidnapping was once the mainstay economic activity over what is today known as Nigeria and it lasted for over 400ys until British colonial rule put an end to it. But you know it from history textbooks as Slavery.

Slave raiding was rampant everywhere in Nigeria with the Fulani -Arab slave raiding parties that ravaged the middle belt. Abuja and it's twin city Suleja were founded by two Arab slave raiding brothers - Abu and Suleman.

In the South, slave raiding and slave trade became the most lucrative venture with wealthy slavers employing their own gang of slave raiders to raid villages for slaves. In the SE, the dominant power was the Aro Chuckwu cult who will later fight the British for putting an end to their slave raiding kidnapping ventures.

I also wondered where the phrase "I go sell you" came from until it dawned on me that back then when I was still young, there existed people who lived through the slaving era and one of the ways of getting slaves was to deceive an acquaintance to follow one on a journey only to end up being sold off to slavers.

What is happening in Nigeria today isn't new.

The people are just devolving back to what they always did.

..but the recent federal high court judgement said the INEC timetable timeline is illegal and void.. which included the May 10 th deadline..but INEC has gone to appeal court to appeal against the federal high court judgement..still waiting for what appeal court will say
The court simply said INEC can not set a date for parties to comply in submitting their members register .

Which is daft because by law, every party must comply with INEC timetable in submitting names of successful candidates to INEC.

Whoever went to court to bar INEC from setting a deadline for submitting the lost of party members was being dubious because he found out the electoral act did not explicitly empower INEC to set deadlines for submission of their party register but same electoral act gave INEC full powers to set the date at which parties must submit their successful candidates list to it. And if you consider that the electoral act also states that only card carrying members of a party can contest for any position and also can not decamp to contest in another party if they lose out on their primaries, you will see that whoever initiated that suit wanted to cause confusion and bypass the electoral act barring contesting in more than one primaries during an electoral cycle.

The Appeal court will do the needful and overturn the lower court's decision that INEC truly has the powers to set dates for submission of party registers so as to block unnecessary opportunistic cross carpeting

Yes, I am sure this is the same James Nwafor Akwuzu SARS he is moving with.

Are you aware also that many innocent people were labelled as kidnappers and their homes destroyed even before they went to trail?

There's one individual who dragged Obi to the Anambra judiciary panel setup to investigate the activities of James Nwafors's SARS and this individual dragged your Obi to the panel for ordering his hotel be demolished because they found one rusty rifle in one of the rooms.

Your Obi went to court to prevent the panel from summoning him.

There is unconfirmed report that tally to what Oyo state speaker Debo Ogundoyin said about what the bandits really want to release the school children and their teachers

1. 1 billion naira to be paid to one account in Benin republic

2. The Oyo state government should released the other bandits in Agodi and Agunponpo prison

3. 2 Toyota Hilux

4. Concession of some oyo state law in favour of the bandits ( maybe Sharia law )

I really know that Governor Seyi Makinde is not a cruel person a once best governor in Nigeria

At this stage if this report are true then we need international help to secure the release of those children and their teachers cos this is actually politics

And again the people that brought sheik Gunmi to Ibadan will not reap what they sow they will never have rest of mind !!

These demands are just rubbish.

By even directing the govt to pay into an account in Benin republic should tell anyone that these guys are not ready to free those kids.

How do they intend to have access to the money in the account ?

From these their demands it's clear they are just stalling and they don't have any intentions to free those kids .

What we should expect is one northern figure stepping up to be an intermediary between the bandits and the govt.

From there they will sneak in their real demands which will be in reviewing some of the reforms especially in oil lifting, oil wells ownership and FX allocations .

These bandits are being backed by powerful but now highly disgruntled elements.

No law can go against the basic law of freedom of association irrespective of how technically sound your argument can be
One first seeks to join a political party and will have to abide by the rules of said party.

All political parties have their own internal disciplinary mechanisms in place and they can suspend or expell any member who breaks their rules.

Will you then drag a political party to court for expelling you when you break their rules and claim that same party is infringing on your rights to freely associate with them irrespective of you going against their set rules?

Once again, no law in the country is against someone holding dual party membership in the country. The OP has acknowledged this fact too in his reply to me, and on his follow-up argument about INEC 21 Days, not all aspirants as he asserted can be removed by the court. The reason for this is that someone for example that purchased party's A forms but was not cleared by the party before May 10 submission of the party register to INEC who failed to resign from party A and goes ahead to party B and got registered and cleared between 8-9 May would not have violated the law if party B conducted its primary on from May 29 like some parties have done.
Section 77 of the Electoral Act. The core provisions state:

Prohibition: "A person shall not be registered as a member of more than one political party at the same time."

Invalidity: Where dual membership is established, such registration is void, and the person ceases to be recognized as a valid member of any political party until the situation is regularized.

Criminal Offense: "A person who knowingly registers or maintains membership in more than one political party at the same time commits an offence."

Penalties
Upon conviction, an offender is liable to:

A fine of ₦10,000,000 (Ten Million Naira);
Imprisonment or a term of two years; or
Both the fine and imprisonment

Oga rest abeg.

The entire point of the ammended law is to prevent what you are trying to defend.

Once you show interest by picking up a nomination form from a particular party you are automatically barred from contesting in another party irrespective of withdrawing from the internal party race and rendering a resignation letter..

Someone like Omo-Agege who went as far as contesting the APC senatorial primaries is in serious contravention if he is nominated by NDC to contest the election proper.

Whoever hires you as a lawyer, has a full for a client.

Even common obidients who registered in LP but did not tender their resignation letter when they moved with Agulu fraudster to ADC are in serious contravention of this Act.

The electoral act is very broad and states not only membership of a party as contained in a Political party register but also any one who had shown an interest to contest in an election under a political party automatically is barred from contesting on another platform irrespective if the person goes through the screening stage.

Once you pick up a nomination form under a political party, you are not allowed to contest under another party.

My friend, this has nothing to do with freedom of association.

In southern Nigeria we still have bigamy laws in place that frown on marrying more than one wife at a time.

In Nigerian law, you can not identify legally as being from more than one state , even if your parents are from different states.

In same Nigerian law, automatically criminalises members of a secret cult as secret cults are banned and criminalised in Nigeria . Being a member of a secret cult automatically sets you up for conviction.

In same Nigeria, anyone established to be a member or affiliated to a proscribed terrorist organization automatically gets labelled as a terrorist and will face the full brunt of the law as a terrorist.
