There's a pattern that Nigerian politicians completely ignore.

Are you aware that the brigandage and impunity we see among the political class disn't start today? In fact, it has been a pattern right from the time the British handed over the baton of leadership to the natives in this country.

All we saw in 2023 happened in the 1965 elections and even in that of 1959 to a lesser extent. In 1959, the British codedly rigged the election for Ahmadu Bello at the expense of the more widely-accepted Aminu Kano just the way INEC did in 2023 by switching off the IREV portal.

In 1965, the Balewa government was already actively killing opposition supporters in Tiveland while an active protest and killings was ongoing in the Western region against the government rigging of the '65 elections. Even with all these, the ruling party thought they were untouchable, exactly the way today's politicians are aloof at the security faliure, election rigging, dissent arrests and intimidation and crumbling economy.

Obi is very selfish and greedy and only thinks about his own innate ambition .

Dickson and Kwankwasso are using the NDC to build a formidable opposition ahead for 2031.

They are seasoned politicians and knows it's next to impossible to dislodge an incumbent from Aso Rock without a strong opposition.
