The issue of state creation is that one State should be created for the South-East, the only zone with 5 states, to bring it up to 6 like other zones.

Some people like Senator Ned Nwoko, want the Igbo speaking part of Delta, otherwise known as Anioma, to be that 6th state. Now some people, particularly in the Ika and Ndokwa area, want Anioma State created, but for it to be in the South South.

The problem with that is that it will make the South South become 7 states, just like the North West, while other zones remain at 6 states, and the South-East remains at 5 states

That makes the situation even worse

Therefore, Anim State has since been floated as the 6th state while Anioma remains in Delta State.

An Anioma Stste that takes South South to 7 states, while others stay at 6 states, is not going to be supported by anyone

But an Anim State that levels the South-East to 6 states like most zones, is far more acceptable

The guy behind that Twitter handle is an APC supporter. Everyone in that space knows him. Governor Otti has never claimed that all the roads in Aba or across Abia have been completed. Even during the crusade organised by Dunamis in Abia State, he clearly stated that there is still a lot of work to be done.

If previous administrations in Abia State had done what they were supposed to do over the past 24 years, we would not still be having conversations about this road today. People who genuinely care about Abia understand how unfortunate things have been and appreciate the ongoing efforts to fix these long-standing issues. No amount of propaganda will change their support for him.
