But the presumption I personally used to have is that Nairalanders are between 22-32.

I get your point as you are referring to registration for the final JSSCE  exams. Anyway your folks may have reminded you at the begining of the session that you would take these exams.
You are right that it is not supposed to be a casual affair in that the choice of subjects that you can take at SSCE LEVEL is determined by your performance in the  JSSCE exams.
Then again if you left during registration period you would not know how detailed the preparation was.

WAEC syllabus is huge and it takes three years to complete and  contrary to your assertion, following WAEC syllabus starts from SS1.

WAEC gives the student the syllabus after registration for registration and completeness purpose and also to help private students streamline their preparation.

There is no average score because WAEC doesnt release average scores

sometime doesnt expect things when you know that the budget cant afford or it is not his/her nature to do such things eg i.e buying flowers or treating you if the monet is there you cant treat your self
