the mascherano's case was ball-to-hand which doesn't attract a penalty according to football rules. the only part i'd fault the ref is awarding the second penalty. the contact with suarez was a slight one but he dove like he was pushed. but i'm not really sorry because barca too suffered poor officiating in the first leg - they were denied a lot of free-kicks and a clear penalty shoot.
