Business / Re: What Business Can One Start With #10m? by FuckAllTheMODs: 2:01pm On Jul 12, 2022
In any business you will venture into, please don't put all the money into it at once.

Divide it into parts, invest some to know what and what you need to add or include as the business goes on, then you can now incest the rest into it after getting adequate first hand experience/knowledge.

A muslim who loves his neighbor is better than a Catholic who can not allow Anglican to drink water and keep cup.

A christian who loves his neighbor is better than a Sunni who can not allow Shiite to drink water and keep cup.

And there is no guarantee that all Christians will vote for Christians and all Muslims will vote for Muslims

*Political Facts:*
1. Are you aware that there is only one Muslim governor in the whole southern Nigeria, Gov. Oyetola of Osun out of 17 states.

2. Are you aware that there are only two Muslim Deputy Gov. in the whole southern Nigeria.

3. In the North there are four Christian Governors out of 19 states.

4. Eight Christian deputy Governors out of 19 states.

5. Are you aware there are 20 Christian Governors and 16 Muslim Governors in Nigeria.

6. Do you know there are 23 Christian Deputy Governors and 13 Muslim Deputy Governors in Nigeria.

Despite this *CAN* is still shouting of Islamization agenda. But is this Christianization agenda of the south? No, because southern Muslims are more liberal and won't shout or make noise but if it is the opposite *CAN* would raise hell.
[/s]
Garbage!

Bring the statistics of the previous governors before this tenure.

Just like Lagos, Ogun and others, Muslims were the governors their and now you are opening your mouth to say rubbish because the present set is filled majorly with Christians.

Now, point is while will a Muslim-Muslim ticket follow a Muslim-Muslim ticket in a diverse state?

Anyway, I don't blame you, if they were giving it to you all like the Israelis Jews, you for no get mouth dey talk this trash.

Politics / Re: Soludo: More Than Half Of Anambra People Live Outside State by FuckAllTheMODs: 2:24pm On Jul 03, 2022
FreeStuffsNG:

[s]Not true sir. I used to think that Igbos are a majority in population and that we have more Igbo outside SE but data has proven otherwise. There are more Igbo living in the 5 Igbo SE states and Anambra is no exception..[/s]

[s]My hypothesis is that Igbo population has been inflated. The most emperical data show that 20% of Igbo are domiciled outside the SE, 80% are domiciled within the 5 Igbo SE states and the Igbo population is actually a minority population.

Luckily, numbers do not have emotion.[/s]Below are the facts:

[s]1. Due to history, cultural affinity, linguistic spread of the Igbo language and Igbo-speakers, most of this 20% Igbo living outside Igboland will be more in states such as Rivers, Delta, Kogi and Benue that border the 5 Igbo SE states than far away places like Lagos, Kano and Abuja.

2. Data from recent inec voters registration for Osun alone is higher than the total registration in Igbo South East (screenshot below)

3. Satelite image of Aba, Onitsha, Enugu, Ebonyi compared to Ibadan show a small area of dense population[/s] https://www.nairaland.com/7186666/aba-ibadan-satellite-picture-aba

[s]4. Data from 2021 JAMB registration show that 447,857 are indigenes of SW states that registered their states of origin as Lagos, Oyo, Osun, Ekiti, Ondo and Ogun for JAMB against 320,306 indigenes of SE that registered their states of origin as Abia, Imo, Enugu, Ebonyi and Anambra. Only 20% (70K out of the 320K) of the JAMB candidates of SE origin live outside the 5 Igbo SE states.

5. Demograhics data of internet subscribers also support my hypothesis like other demographic data captured with better data capturing tools,[/s] https://www.nairaland.com/7203013/states-nigeria-largest-internet-subscribers that validated my hypothesis that Igbo population in SE is inflated and the Igbo are a minority group in terms of population.

[s]6. Data from overall inec voters registration show Igbo among the lowest with the only Igbo state, Anambra state, at the bottom of the top 10[/s] https://nairametrics.com/2022/06/30/top-10-states-with-the-highest-number-of-registered-voters-as-of-june-27-2022/

[s]The politicians knew this reality all along hence no serious effort to canvass for votes aggressively in SE like they do for other zones.

SE may just be same population as states with similar land size as it like Kaduna or Katsina or Oyo and the SE is by far the least populated of all the geopolitical zones.

As things stand now, no serious contender can bank on votes from SE and a serious contender will not get the voting strength incentive from the SE.

The SE is a minority vote region even far behind the minority tribes-dominated SS from these data.

Data from JAMB show the Igbo population is abysmally low, so low that only Imo state featured in the top 10 states with registered indigenes sitting for JAMB and for Igbo dominated schools, the Igbo were no. 4 top for universities with UNN ,No. 8 for polytechnics and no single college of Education in Igboland made it among the top 10 colleges of Education with highest registered JAMB candidates ![/s]
https://utmeofficial.com.ng/jamb/jamb-registration-statistics-2020-2021-by-course-universities-polytechnics-nce-and-state-of-origin/

[s]On number of JAMB applicants who are Igbo, Anambra state is the Igbo state with the highest number of registered candidates yet was No. 16 on the list far far behind! And all the JAMB candidates registered for JAMB in the whole of SE just adds up to about the total candidates in Lagos state alone or sum for Oyo and Ogun.

As at now the best and cleanest data indicate that about 80% of Igbo are domiciled in the SE while 20% are domiciled outside the 5 Igbo SE states.

Out of the 320,306 Igbo candidates in the 2020-2021, max.(when you add total candidates that registered for JAMB in those 5 SE states and assume they are all Igbo) only about 250K(~80%)account for candidates that sat for exam in the SE while about 70K(20%) are Igbo candidates who registered outside the SE to represent the total Igbo candidates.
It makes sense because you have more Igbo domiciled in SE than outside SE.

So where is the high Igbo population I used to imagine??

Internet subscribers; low

Inec registration; low

Jamb applicants writing Jamb in SE; low;

Jamb applicants based on State of origin; low

land mass; low
Yet
Analogue Census; High(?)

So all these data conflate to prove that Igbo are a minority group by population but have inflated numbers which call for scientific enquiry.

Trash upon trash

A practical example is my family line, over 80% of the kindred are outside the state(not anambra), and I know many others like that.

So your trash makes no sense. If that was the case, I believe Fulani-led FG would have organized a census to humble them.

Anyway, you and your likes are free to give yourselves false hope.

Hello guys, I lost my pvc with my wallet few years ago. Can I get it done in a day if I'm to travel to my former state of residence OR the state where my PU is?

If yes, how can I go about it now that the online portal is closed, so as to go with everything that will be required?

Note, I did online verification successfully and I tried doing transfer of voters polling unit to a polling unit in my present state of residence but I was told such action as closed for my choiced PU because they're making preparations for an upcoming election then.

lol ...I never knew government sell rice and beans

anyways..in 2020, diesel was around N180..transport via BRT from ikorodu - cms was around N300
today diesel is N800+ and still rising.. even though it is th responsibility of government to ensure to cater for the citizens which is what they have been doing..it will still put extreme pressure to sustain a service in which it cost of operation has increased by over 400%..

even if u want them to continue even if diesel reach N2000
know that money that they use to pay workers and build infrastructure is what they will remove from to continue to sustain it...in a long run..the citizen will still suffer in another form...

LoL, now you know.

You think I was talking about the usual mama put kind of rice and beans?

Haven't you heard of food banks, silos and so on?

Don't you know government sell locally grown rice periodically OR support farmers who do that with the aim. Of making foods available and cheaper?
Again, don't you know ministry of agriculture sells seedlings and so on to farmers?

If we compare the infrastructures personal road put in place to run BRT if other states try it I'm sure dey will be more costly than Lagos BRT fare if they want it to keep running if not it will fold up.....

Look at the Train for instance You can get 1500, 1000 naira bus from Lagos Park and Sole 600, 700 buh Train is 2000naira and na Govt dey run train the train needs maintenance to keep ruining and av staff to pay, av loan to payback so getting subsidized rate from train go hard..

Stop this argument abeg, it is not making sense.

Normally, a private transport company suppose cost past government own because government is expected to subsidise their prices using money generated from other source as a form of providing basic amenities to their citizens, since government has numerous source of income unlike private ones.
But in this case na government own dey cost and they are in a way encouraging those private transport companies owners to increase their fares, because normally dia own no suppose cheap pass government own.

Ask your self why pump prices are always lesser in government owned fuel stations OR major marketers own?

Again, ask yourself why government sell fertilizers, rice, beans etc, at cheaper rates than private sellers?

Do you even know the major(main, primary) reason government is into such businesses?
The major/primary/main reason government is into such business is to make life easy for their citizens, by providing subsidise transportation, fertilizers etc at cheaper rates to commuters, farmers i.e citizens in general, so as to improve food availability.

Unlike private owners who are primarily into those businesses for profit making, making life easy for their fellow citizens is secondary or none of their business.

Are you normal?

Don't you understand the difference between Atiku and Buhari in this case?

The guy you quoted made sense and he is right.

He said even if Wike supports Tinubu(APC candidate), it won't stop Atiku(PDP candidate) from getting 25% and more votes from Rivers because it is naturally a PDP state.

The person that will be outcasted*** here will be Wike because the state is controlled by PDP, dem don do am Amaechi before, so he won't be an exception.
