Politics › Re: A Candid Advice For The Good People Of Imo State by funkyibodude(m): 11:40pm On Feb 04, 2016 |
eyeview: Having carefully watched and considered the level of decadence and bankruptcy which Rochas Okorocha has thrown the state into by his insatiable greed and looting of the state's resources and allocation, one is tempted to state that the people of Imo who are now complaining deserve what they are getting. They were given alternatives at the last election but they decided to stick with the 'Rochas they know'. Now they 'know Rochas'.
I think the good people of Imo should do the following: 1, Let everybody who worked or voted for Rochas at the last election be brought before the market square or town hall every new month and given 24 strokes of the cain. This will be held every month till the end of Rochas tenure in 2019. Atleast, that will equate the level of pain and suffering they have subjected their people to. 2, The good people of Imo state(led by the religious leaders, labour unions and civil societies) should set some days aside for fasting and praying. They should pray that God intervenes in the case of Imo state and deliver them from the effects of the shackles of Rochas. There is nothing God can not do. The Lord killeth, and maketh alive: He bringeth down to the grave, and bringeth up.(1sam2:6) Ndi Imo,odizi unu na-aka. too late for that, what Imo state needs is revolution. A repeat of 1996 |
