alcuin: Of what use? Has ASUU ever gone on solidarity strike for any union before? All I see a bunch of old and selfish men.


It pains me to notice that most people can't see that this strike is all about "EARNED ALLOWANCES", nothing more. The stories of decaying infrastructure are mere camouflages to gather sympathy. Of course, it is true that the education sector is in shambles, but truth should also prevail, ASUU also played a great role in the decay.

Meringe: With due respect Your Lordship sir, if this strike will revamp our educational system and stop this half bake graduates syndrome then I am in fully support of it. It is better to strike now and get things right than going on strike every year.
But my problem is that, even if u give the lectures billion dollars, they will still ask for sorting and sexually harass their female students.

I will advice the president to heed to their demand then establish a strong Enforcement Unit in the varsities to take care of any one caught sorting or harassing any female student, outright SACK.

DrummaBoy: My own testimony will come in form of a 'reverse'. I shared how I stopped tithing on FB and created a bit of rochus in Church. Then I went to Radio to explain that Christians should not tithe. In response my church leadership has sacked me from being a church worker and I really don't know what next is coming.

But in all, God is my helper. I will whether this storm and come even stronger in conviction. I will return to share how I stopped tithing as soon as I can.

pablo aimar: Reality speaking, the DSA is under the umbrella of NASU and if NASU says they won't go to work then the DSA will also follow the instructions laid down by their parent association, but I don't see it happening, the goodluck led government cannot sit and do nothing for another month to go by without resolving this problem.

But if NASU strike continues then there MUST be a way to issue BATCH C BOUND corpers their letter to proceed to camp
