Wooo let me free you ojare... You Jonathanians have nothing to say. You think that we Dont know that Buhari is not the messiah.

Corruption is the headache that can not make Nigeria function well..when we make the environment toxic yo corruption then progress can be possible.

Meanwhile shame on Jonathan for squandering all the public goodwill he had in 2011 by rping silly things.

Watch...I have never blamed him for BH brouhaha. ...but romancing openly with thieves, murderers, gun runners and evil men at the expense of the people... Men he has to go.
ehn ehn. .. now you are beginning to make sense... I don't support Jona.... I only have problems with thoee castigating him and pretending to be saints. ... he has extremely slim chance of getting my vote....but other than "blindly launching into the deep", I dont know any of the aspirants who is worth my full vote..... but Definately not someone who doesn't see anything wrong in the Abacha regime

Hmmm o.p If you aren't for buhari u must be a chicken from apga. pun intended.
I am not a supporter of a particular political party, but I have problems with hypocrites.

when Obasanjo came out with his latest book, you celebrated and gave much publicity to everything he said about GEJ, but sincerely, this same book talked about Tinubu and Atiku amongst others. ... seems your brains couldn't process that part and thus skipped it...ahahahah...

when you say PDP is the problem of Nigeria, is it the acronym that is responsible for our problems or the people in it?

Let me educate you abit on the defection of the G5.... they didnt have issues with GEJ because of moving the nation forward, they were only fighting for their political careers and negotiations didn't go on well.... your party gladly opened its embrace to welcome them in order to gain more political relevance and painted them good for gullible people like you to accept them.

If not that you cannot sit down and think, how on earth could people like Amechi(who was 8yrs speaker of HOA under PDP and about 7yrs Governor under PDP), Kwakwaso(about 7yrs governor under PDP)..just to mention a few. .. migrate to APC overnight and tell you PDP is the problem of Nigeria. ....

...you need your brain to be checked. .. I guess what you have up there is mucus

PoliticsQuestions For Buharists by funshybam(op): 9:30pm On Dec 14, 2014
I find it extremely insulting to our collective reasoning and intelligence that Buhari will think we will believe the obvious lies he's peddling.

A man that retired as a Major General in the Nigerian army claimes he borrowed money to build his 3 houses in Kaduna, Kano and Daura....ahahahah.... the locations mentioned actually got rotl.... no wonder he didnt have a house in Lagos and Abuja..... guess "there was no bank to afford to borrow him to build in such locations!"

... let me even assume that I believe him, come to think of it.... an officer of the Nigerian army cannot conveniently build a house... its either he did more than he should. ... or.... he lacks saving culture....he also probably has no second stream of income other than his salary(I know some people will say having personal business isn't allowed...... but I don't think there is a law which says you cant have real estate investment and make money from rents).... either way...he just advertised himself as the Lord of cluelessness.

Buhari ought to hide his head in shame rather than boast of such things.

Is this the man we want to put the economy of our dear country in his hands?

how will be able to diversify our economy?

how will we be able to save money in our Excess Crude Account and External Reserve to save us in times like this?

Buhari has a "relationship" problem if not, he wouldn't have gone to bank to borrow money that a single of his supposed supporters can give him, then how does he intend to maintain and foster diplomatic relationship with other nations?

...and...wait a minute. ... if a man who was governor of northern Nigeria for almost 2yrs, PTF chairman for over 2yrs, Head of state of Nigeria for about 1 half yrs and a retired Major General borrows money to build his houses and probably feed his family and pay his children schoolfees(lol), how does he intend to payback N27.5million just as a president within 4yrs!

I will come back to edit/ modify/update this....

PoliticsRe: Kaduna Police Chief Armourer Kills Self. by funshybam(m):
- I believe someone coming to rob his station of arms must be fully armed, also considering the fact that the deceased suspect is a high ranking official.

-even the ordinary citizen knows that policemen run shifts and are never empty, hence, nobody(including police officer) will attempt "runs" without doing his ground/homework well

- he allegedly came in company of some cohorts, hence they could have forced their way out

-if anyne is arrested by police, he is stripped down to panties before lock up, so where did he hide his weapon

- I agree with my friend above me ....." he could have attempted a shoot-to-escape scenario considering the training he had received

I smell conspiracy here... I think the guy sinned against power that be.....or..... knows more than he should on some things. ...and needed to be shut-up for the good of a minority... so.... a good story that will sell is a "gun smuggling/running accusation. .." and because of the fragile security situation of the country, everyone will overlook anything that happens afterwards, so long the accused didnt escape!

Politics10 Phrases SEAL Teams Simply Do Not Accept (nor Should You) by funshybam(op): 5:44pm On Oct 17, 2014
1. “I can’t do that.”
If somebody had said this in the team room then he would’ve found himself cold, wet and duct taped. Unless a physical handicap is present, replace your “can” or “can’t,” with “will” or “won’t.” There’s always a way. Find it.

2. “Sorry I’m late.”
You don’t hear this in a culture of accountability because expectations are set, and if they’re not met then there are repercussions. Not to say that expectations don’t change, but it’s not for a lack of effort in fulfilling them.

3. “I don’t know.”
While admitting uncertainty is perfectly fine, the statement alone leaves much to be desired. Instead, try saying “I don’t know yet, but I’ll find out and get back to you.” This latter part is what demonstrates a proactive mindset and a willingness to work, rather than leaving your ambition open to interpretation.

4. “I’m going to HR.”
Nobody cares. Unless the issue is illegal, immoral or unethical, solve the problem yourself. HR is there to facilitate company strategy, not arbitrate turf wars between employees.

5. “Schedule it with my EA.”
While not all SEAL Teams are created equally, there is an equal dispersion of accountability that team members are expected to uphold. Namely, if you take care of your personal business then your personal business will take care of you when it counts. Having unpacked (emotional) baggage only gets heavier the longer you carry it around.
Related: The 2 Words Entrepreneurs Should Avoid

6. “I’m sorry I hurt your feelings.”
Feelings? What’s that?

7. “Let’s talk this out.”
There is nothing like the camaraderie between SEALs. Nothing else even comes close to paralleling the tight bond, unity and cohesion found amongst men who live, eat, train and fight together. Having said that, some people just need a good whoopin’ once in a while to keep egos in check, and teammates are no different. Confronting difficult issues and learning from them is what turns mediocrity into greatness.

8. “Hold my calls.”
The train doesn’t stop for you. Get on or get off, but you are no more important than the guy (or gal) next to you. Once you’re done with your share of the task, see who else needs help.

9. “Let’s hold off on this issue until the next meeting.”
I’m all for collecting the facts, but nothing decides itself. There comes a point where too much data leads to analysis paralysis, and decision-making gets delayed until the elegant solution arrives — and it never does. Pushing off decision-making authority or accountability only leaves a larger snowball of complexity to have to deal with later.

10. “I just found this awesome PowerPoint template!”
Everybody’s “primary weapon” is different — carpenters use hammers, chefs use ingredients, announcers use their voice. Whatever your weapon of choice, make sure it’s always ready to go because second chances don’t come by too often.

I have noticed that ever since Nairaland management introduced the "share" button, the rate at which almost every post get numerous "Shares" and astonishingly abundant "Likes" is quite alarming. ...in fact... this thought runs through my mind almost every moment I spend on Nairaland....... I strongly believe that Nairaland has once again been compromised and people just buy "likes" as they wish just as people buy "likes" and "views" on youtube.

This is because you'll sometimes see close to 300likes and over a hundred "shares" on some mundane posts....I even wonder if a "like click" is tantamount to 10counts...

funshybam: A commercial bus driver lost four of his teeth yesterday, September 3, during a fight with his conductor over money at the Mushin area of Lagos State.

According to Leadership report, the driver named Mufutau had accused his conductor, Adegoke of hiding part of the money they made but he (conductor) denied the allegation, swearing to be innocent.

The driver then decided to collect all the money with the conductor and told him not to work with him again.

The fight started when the conductor demanded he pay him for his job so far and the driver asked him to use the over N500 he stole from him as his remuneration.

This angered the conductor, who prevented the driver from working until he gets paid his money.

The driver was said to have come down from his car and then slapped the conductor.

An eyewitness, Kunle explained that the conductor was so angry that he rained heavy punches on the driver.

Some members of the public later separated the fight between the duo, only for the driver to realize four of his teeth had gone missing while another two were shaking and on the verge of removing. shocked
