All is OK except for the multiple tiny seeds of Fibroids seen. The Fibroids are tiny so I doubt they'll affect anything. Just do stuff to keep an eye on them so that they shrink or at least don't blow up.

Congrats on your successful Hydrotubation. I'll suggest you start regular BD every other day and everyday in your Fertile window. You can adopt the Sper.m Meets Egg Plan (SMEP). August these year is going to be my 2ND anniversary and no baby to show , in the cause of ttc'ing I'be done most things which has brought me to where I am now . After my second hsg of mild uterine synachiae a d &e procedure was done last year August and the doctor put me on 100grams clomid and since September I'be not had af . The pains and cramping are unbearable which makes the symptoms of asherman syndrome . January I took primolut n ,and had spotting 5days after the drug . Advice from anyone will go a long way .


Has anyone treated asherman syndrome using non invasive methods .

I've read about castor oil pack, m2tone , guiefei bao etc . Please someone help , I'm loosing my mind .

Sorry that you're going through this. I have no experience with natural treatment of Ashermans Syndrome. I only know it can be treated through a Hysterescopy. But I think Serrapeptease or Wobenzyme or Vitalenzyme combined with Castor Oil Pack Massage could work. You should also cleanse your womb and tubes using Guaifebao or Clean Point Tampon. Take Care.

I'll advise you reduce the Vit C, take just 2 tablets, 2x daily. It's easy to overdose on it and cause more harm than good. Just try to take fruits and veggies and you'll be fine on Vit C. As for the Omega, you can continue taking, it's safe all through the cycle, balances hormones and does not have any drug interference. You can take Vit B6 50mg daily or 2x daily just for stress relief, CM etc and not just for lengthening Luteal Phase since the Progesterone injection is doing just that.

Dr placed me on azithromycin and ofloxacin(tarivid) for ten-days. I also got clear point, gynapharm and reishi capsule from kedi for the blocked tube. Am on omega 369,vit b6,vit c and folic acid. I couldn't get serrapetase or wobenzyme m. I do castor oil pack treatment. I pray to give my testimony soon IJN.

Alright Sis. Just use all you've gotten. I believe with God, they're enough to work for your good. Serra and Wobenzyme work mostly on adhesions and scar tissues. Good to hear of your success on Dostinex, just continue with it, is well. My Dr's prescription is that Dostinex should be continued until bfp. But if you decide to stop Dostinex, then please follow up with natural therapy like Vit B6 with eating lots of Cabbage so that the Prolactin doesn't go up again. Take care.

I was there today for the TVs and my follicles are now 22. and 21.mm and I took the injection they didn't tell me the name even the uterus lining I would have asked if I saw these ur reply earlier. the problems now is where to get these supplement I am in a very place that I can't get them now unless I order for it.

Just like @ Sugah said, forget about the cost so that your mind is relaxed. Just go to any Chemist or Pharmacy and ask for Vit B6 and Aspirin. Most would have at least the counting type. Low dose Aspirin/Baby Aspirin is about 75mg so check the mg of your Aspirin and adjust accordingly. Most importantly BD from today daily for a minimum of 4days. Don't stress if you can't get the supplements. It will end in praise.

Update : ; I got a sharp bfp using urine at home. Well I just smiled. I prayed yesterday and spoke with my heavenly father to please help me resolve this issue. I will go and see my doctor tomorrow for another scan and if nothing is seen yet then he wouldn't hesitate anymore in administering the methotrexate, God willing all will be well. Still hoping and praying for a miracle though

I know you have a history of ectopic and once beaten, twice shy but you also never can tell if this miracle is your take home baby. Thanks for your promo replies @fvine$ sugah.yes we started trying march 2016 cos all things bin equal,I'm relocating by June and that was what prompted me to go for the check up initially. Yes the test was run on CD3 as he instructed the tests must be done on that day.the gyna seems too discreet for my liking tho he seems to know what he is doing.he didn't give me the results of the scan when I went there on CD1.he just wrote d other tests out to be taken on CD3.I was the one that asked him to interpret d scan and he said he can't interpret alone except I run d other tests.but I saw him circle uterus,bladder and FB at the left side then he wrote (age-29,P-0,LC-0,LMP-28/4/16,FB-52x53) at the back of my receipt.I asked him if the fibroid will affect conception and he said no.I again asked if it wasn't the clomid that gave me the fibroid,he said no too.I'm so confused right now as per why he is giving me vit b6 when he said my progesterone is high already.I am very sure he said progesterone cos I particularly asked him about my prolactin and he said perfect.dh said I should tell him on my next visit to print the results of my tests and scan for me,after all I paid for them.I'm going for injection today and I'll ask him why give me bit B6 again.thanks mamas,what could I have done without you as I know Nada.happy new month and baby dust to us all

Ask for a copy of your result and scan, it's your property, you paid for them. If the Dr seems to know his onions, then ask him to explain things to you to calm you down and make you believe and have faith. One of the greatest points in healing is a patients trust in his Dr and the drugs he's taking, it gives the Placebo effect. As for the high Progesterone on CD3, it's an indication of a short luteal phase and I believe that's why he gave you Vit B6 to lengthen your luteal phase to correct the defect. It's well. Pray, follow your Dr's instruction and God willing you'll get your Bfp this cycle, Amen. Happy New Month.

fvine good evening I went to see my gyny today being CD 10 for TVs scan and he saw 2 follicles at the right ovary ranging 16mm and 17.3mm but he said they are not matured for injectibles so he asked me to come back tomorrow for the same scan and the trigger injection price #9500 and the TVs 2500 each. remember I was asking for the name of inducing drug given to me, I ask him today and he said the name is ovumine and pronatal. pls is there any others things I can do to help achieved bfp after the trigger I intend to do the pineapple core therapy.

I 2nd @ Sugah post. Yiur Dr is right to not trigger yet. Matured follicle is from 18mm. Don't do the pineapple therapy after trigger because Ovulation doesn't occur immediately. Ovulation occurs within 24-36hours after trigger. So my suggestion will be to watch closely for Ovulation signs otherwise start the Pineapple Core 2days after trigger. Also go for progesterone support either using Vit B6 50mg tablets, 2 tablets , 2x daily or use Progesterone support like Cyclogest.

You need to also BD everyday form day of trigger to at least 4 days after trigger. This will ensure that you have all bases covered even if you ovulate 36hours after trigger.

@ Sugah, abeg leave the price of the trigger shot, that's hospital price and not pharmacy price. Hospital prices for drugs are usually higher because the Dr would have factored in lots of hospital costs and the intended profit. Man must whack . My own is let the price not be killing in comparison to the average price in the market.

so I got directions to matardor (their biggest pharmacy) and requested to see dea doctor who after hearing my story with the herbal doc,prescribed clomid and vit e for me and sperman for my dh without any test too.the naive me took the clomid cd5-9 100mg.I had all sort of pains, hot flashes and d rest only for AF to show a day late.that was when I knew something was wrong.I got another direction to sckye hospital and met with a gynea dea,narrated my ordeal and he asked me to do d ffg tests. blood group,fertility hormonal study(18750),RVS and a scan.he discovered that I have fibroid on d left side although he told me that won't disturb conception.the hormonal result came back fine except for my progesterone level that was very high according to him(40+).so he gave me an injection today,another tmr,gave me ovumine to use CD 5 2tabs daily and gave me predicte ovulation kit,pyridoxine and one other big jelly like drug.I decided to bring it all here before I start the medication.he also said I should come back for injection on the day I get a pos on the ovulation kit.my bp is slightly high too140+.pls what do you mamas think I should do,what other vitamins can I take with the drugs to make it work well and how do I reduce the progesterone level naturally.I'm sorry for the long post pls.I find solace in u all.TIA

On what cycle day were the tests done? Are you sure it's Progesterone or do you mean Prolactin? Then what do you mean by Fibroid on the left side? scans will usually show the type by location like Subserous, Submucous, Intramural, Pedunculated. It will also state the size. It's not advisable for someone who has Fibroids to take Clomiphene Citrate just like @ Sugah said. Ovumine is a brand of Clomiphene. Also Vit B6 increases progesterone and if your progesterone is already high and he's trying to decrease it by giving you injections why add Vit B6 again. Vit B6 does have other benefits and is also normally paired with Clomid.

Welcome to posting mode May your stay be Fruitful and Short. Stethoscope for checking hormones, cysts and Fibroids? That must be an extraordinary and wonderful stethoscope like the Dr said. I'll advise you go to a proper hospital/lab for proper testing for you and your husband before you start taking anything. So that you don't go fixing something that is not broken. Am not against herbals oh, I believe the good herbals work but should be taken with caution and for an issue that has been identified and not a fictitious one. There are Akure Mamas here, am sure they can suggest hospitals for you once they're online. God bless.

So I thought I should pop in and share as usual, plus, draw strength from you guys, before my much pursued bfp. Because if I dare to pile up everything for D-day ehnn, Zeeworld go de learn for where I de oo...

I told you guys the last time I was here, that I and my gyne discovered that my follicles never get past the 9mm mark on clomid and so was asked to continue with my metformin, vit E, bromo, and folic acid for at least two cycles, before moving on to letrozole or injectibles. So 2cycles later, I got a period on a day that my gyne doesn't see TTC patients (only preggers), so I called him for instructions on what to do. He asked me to just continue (again!) for one more cycle which I did. Happily finished that extra cycle, with AF visiting on the right day, paid his office a visit, only to discover he has been transferred to another end of Delta state! The shock got ruder when I discovered the new gyne that has been brought in to replace him, is the same Gyne I ran away from at his private clinic where he performed a htb procedure that had me bleed for 26 days. I was devastated...don't know if I still am. Anyways, I sucked it up and faced him square on. He intimidates his staff and patients from what I know of him and so my shoulders were squared immediately I saw him. He tried to sell me the HTB thingy again only a few minutes after sitting down, I refused, told him I was his patient at his private place and my tubes were patent as indicated by my hsg report now. He was dogged, telling me he'd do another kind he called Super-HTB. I could not SMH enough for him. I told him I shudder to think of what a super HTB will do to my tubes, if an ordinary HTB had made me bleed for 26 days. He went on to explain something on ciliary action, I knocked it off again, telling him I just need to achieve ovulation. Why try to clear some blockage, imaginary or not, if the patient wouldn't ovulate anyway? In fact no b small debate, me and am enter oo. Last last, my guy tire, and settled for only inducing ovulation in that cycle - at least. Me I know, I won't do any HTB again sha. So he asked me to do clomid (100mg) 3-7, trigger on day 11 (super early) check to confirm ovulation on cd 13....

This protocol did not sound too wonderful to me at the time, but I was excited that hcg at least was being thrown into the mix. So I took letrozole instead (5mg -cd4 - 8 ), Pregnyl hcg (10,000units) on cd 12 at 10a.m, TV scan was on cd 13 afternoon at around 5pm. It revealed just one 16x22mm follicle on my right ovary that had never produced any follicle before then, and ovulation was confirmed on cd 16....cos that was the second time I went in to check.

So so sooo, my period showed on cd 26 without the recent style of spotting pre-AF, and today being CD 4, I'm wondering what to do differently again...If I run off to the gyne, he'd try to force the super HTB on me again.

I know the normal ovulating woman, doesn't always get it right the first time, but I don't want to take any chances...
So I'm figuring out on my own that my 16mm follicle on a medicated cycle might have been a little too small, and perhaps I'll wait till it's a little over 18 maybe?. Also, I may get a natural progesterone cream or duphaston to supplement for 10days, and meanwhile, treat my recurrent yeast to create a better swimmers' environment...phewwwww. This is just like a diary. Sorry mamas.

Also, I thought I should mention the prices of some of the medications I got, that mamas on here keep asking to know. Letrozole, I got it in Onitsha at N1800 (you read right) - the type that udoomama once posted here- you get 3 sachets in one pack. On each sachet is fourteen 2.5mg tablets. The pregnyl (5000units) I got for N1800 too. Good luck everybody. Add me in your prayers abeg oo. Y'all in mine.

Am seriously cheering you for standing up to that Dr. Am glad you stood up to him and maintained your stand. I don't even want to waste my saliva on the Dr because it's so not worth it. So I'll just go straight to answer your question.

For me, I'd say that you should take Letrozole again, monitor your follicle growth before triggering. Trigger only when the follicle has grown to 18mm minimum. After trigger, you're expected to Ovulate within 24-36 hours. So best thing is to baby dance everyday for at least 4days after trigger. Supplementing Progesterone is also a great idea. I think you're supposed to start Progesterone support from a day after Ovulation and sto after you're so late and yet no bfp. But if you get your Bfp, you're advised to continue with the Progesterone all through 1st trimester I think or when the Placenta takes over. This will ensure your bases are covered. Also consider taking Metformin again. Am glad that you've found a drug that helps you ovulate.

As per the price of the drugs, am not so surprised at all. I would've said check that its not fake but then you grew a follicle and ovulated so it actually could be genuine. Although I've found that Drugs are generally cheaper in Anambra state. Na your luck say you live there so just enjoy it. The last time I visited I made sure I bought my Dostinex supply there because the price in Lagos na die. I bought my Clomiphene Citrate popularly known as Clomid although it's another brand name called Ova Mit @ N650 for a pack of 10 50mg tablets. I couldn't believe it.

Please share what your daily Egg Fast meals are like so that I know exactly what you're eating. I've never heard of people getting weak on the Egg Fast. Egg Fast is High Protein and High Fat so very satiating and fueling for daily activities. Although maybe it could be your body becao we all are uniquely made. But pls post let's be sure it's not from the food and we'll take it from there.

The major challenge I've found on the Egg Fast is "Long Throat" for other foods, Carb Withdrawal Symptoms like Keto Flu, Headache, Diarrhea (although it's opposite for some).

No Dear. Blue Band is a Margarine made with Hydrogenated Oil and other stuff, actually not good for anyone anyways. Real Butter is made from Cows Milk, no additives, liquid at room temperature so you'll only see it in Supermarket Fridges in squares. Some popular names are President, La Vive, Oldenburger etc.

kweenkong, try Georges Memorial medical centre or Olive branch clinic both are on the island. They are not cheap clinics o.. But it's been good news all around about them.

Both are good hospitals but mostly if you want to do an ART procedure like IUI, IVF, IVF + ICSI etc. At least am very sure of Olive Branch as am a registered patient there. The Dr is all about bypassing whatever issue to get you Pregnancy using ART methods, instead of trying to fix the root cause and getting you pregnant naturally. Just thought I should share.

FSH is really pricey. Yours seem within range. The last price I know of it as at January is N15,500 at Benox Pharmacy, Tarzan Junction, Nkpor -Express, Anambra State. I think chinchung91 bought hers in Lagos at N20k or slightly above it. Just persevere, pray and be hopeful and the end result will be worth it and make you forget the cost.

@ all mama's, I had a successful surgery on Tuesday. I am still recuperating at the hospital. 13 fibroids were removed and its amazing that none was calcified. Previous scans showed calcified fibroids and that was why I went for the surgery, only for the fibroids to be taken out and realised none was calcified. Congrats on a successful surgery. wishing you a speedy and perfect healing and ultimately your BFP on your first cycle trying. God knows why you got the calcified report, perhaps he knows surgery is the path you need to take to get your blessing and if that report wasn't made, you would still be wasting time towing other paths that won't yield success. Sleep plenty, rest and don't be bothered about anything. Before you know it, time will fly past and you'll be perfect again. Take care and God bless.

Sorry didn't mean to alarm you. I was just comparing your values with the high end of normal and that's almost 45% above it. Just do the treatment and all will be well.

Hello all. Pls someone should help me out, my prolactin test result shows My value is 40 (3.8 - 25ng/ml). Is that considered really high to affect fertility? I believe i ovulate regularly because i always get positive opk & ovulation pains but no ewcm just creamy one. I jus did Tvs folliculography. The right ovary had 16 follicles with d dominant one measuring 27mm x 18mm so d doc dat did d scan told me il be ovulating soon. Endometrial thickness was 8.4. I dont feel ready to swallow several pills daily(especially bromergon). I Tried looking for dostinex (cabergoline) here in benin but didnt see in d few pharmacies i checked. I heard that one is taken 2wice a week which isnt so bad. I tried ewedu but couldnt swallow it. Almost threw up. Pls do u think d prolactin level is high enough to affect my fertility in any way? Been ttc almost a year after my miscarriage.

It's really very high, 40 is quite far away from 25the highest end of normal. Try taking Vit B6 and eat lots of Cabbage. I remember there's a Benin Mama here who was on Dostinex. Maybe she can let you know where she bought hers once she's online and sees your post. My Dostinex prescription is one tablet each week.

A colleague of mine also had a bad experience at Crystal Akowonjo if thats the Crystal been mentioned. But it's really quite surprising cos they're big like you said.

I actually got mine as a gift. But I believe you can get in on international online sites like Amazon, Ebay. But why not try the available brand here? I believe it would work well too.

@ Convenantbabies, congrats on your DH's success. Your Bfp will follow shortly. Where was the surgery done and what's the cost? Also the cost of the Fertilsan and place of purchase.
