You also need to ask for forgiveness from the souls of the aborted foetuses if you haven't done so already. Please try and let go. If there are fertility challenges been experienced by you and your hubby, treat them and ask God to make the treatment work. There are ladies who have aborted severally, got married and went on to have kids for their husbands. Fertility decreases with age so you also shouldn't expect to get pregnant as easily as you did when you were younger. Body systems also change. Thank God for his mercies and blessings and surely he'll surely manifest his blessings upon you. So the last time (April), I told you ladies I needed to dot more I's and cross more T's after doing letrozole 5mg and 10000miU of pregnyl - while not stopping my Vitamin E (500mg/day), Metformin (1000mg/day), Bromergon (2.5mg/day) and 400mg folic acid/day. I got a period on cd 26 (April 26th) but was ecstatic ne'ertheless, that I could achieve ovulation.
So I wondered on here, about what I could do differently to increase my chances. Hubby suggested we took a break for just this cycle, but I could not bring myself to let a whole cycle go by..especially as I've discovered what could really help my ovulation. And because I did not want to buy pre-seed lubricant, I thought of a cheaper way by which the swimmers could fight through candida albicans. So even though they've always seemed to be recurrent, I took ketoconazole for 10days again anyway (CD 1-10), and achieved a clear path before the dose ended. I also did my miracle drug letrozole 5mg again from CD 4-8, BD CD 13, 14, 16, 21, suspending my bum a little over 10 mins on a pillow, each time. Didn't bother with ovulation tracking either or the other drugs, as I figured they must have done a lot in the four months plus, that I've been taking them religiously, but took folic acid daily, and metformin, whenever I could remember.
I had madt cramps on CD 14 and thought I was going to start bleeding mid cycle again and the cramps continued until may 25... Also, I seemed to be dry all through after treating the candida. There was practically no CM, not to speak of consistency to monitor, throughout the cycle (as always without candida), BUT I do get turned on and a little wet down there (sorry TMI) whenever we do our thang. So apparently, that was sufficient.
So soo soooo, on may 26th (CD 30), I was doing a little room sanitation and discovered that my stash of ovulation and pt strips (that have never registered a positive btw) have become outdated (since February). I angrily thought to just enjoy my money anyway and tested with a pt strip. The positive was powerful. I laughed it off, tried another -- the same. I tried another with tap water, negative. Hmmmmphhhhhhhh. I took a deep breath, respected my old age and went to watch telemundo in peace.
May 27th, the next day, the thought kept bugging and so I gave myself some courage to buy new strips that will expire in far far 2018 and what d'you know...I wasn't imagining things afterall. The much sought after two lines were BOLD. I was elated, shared with hubby, but decided to wait until today to do a confirmatory blood test, before coming over to share with you ladies.
The Religious aspect of this cycle was that I visited the blessed sacrament, complained to God, asked for forgiveness of sins, thanked Him for being my God and presiding over everything than concerns me and recited the holy rosary.
God is great, my people. If you did not know, know it now. If you do, know it again. This is me that bled every two weeks once upon a time, anyhow and everywhere I go. Na me de open mouth de yarn BFP mata now. God is awesome. I kept requesting that He should give me wisdom to know and make the smartest choices. Abeg run go see your Dr for tests and/or Progesterone support. Women who normally don't ovulate or who have PCOS usually need progesterone support in the 1st trimester. Some Drs would also prescribe that you continue taking Metformin in a low dose like 500mg all through the first trimester. Am so happy for you, this your testimony just made my night. Take care.

And no, don't be cheeky, nobody required your medical history before they would answer your question. Am sure @ covenantbabies missed ur post otherwise she would have responded. It's no biggie for her to say yes I was on Dostinex same time as I was taking Clomid abi na Letrozole or No I didn't take them simultaneously. By the way you can take Dostinex while on a Letrozole or Clomid course.

Although I must tell you that the copious fluid in the Pouch of Douglas is indicative of an infection and you should go for a HVS to determine the infection and a treatment course.
My period showed face today ooo (I'm not calling it "Aunt" again abeg) Abeg help me scrutinize my case. This month I decided to try Ovaboost, my cycle went down to 24 days. B4 marriage, I didn't know how many days my cycle was but the days difference if using 31 calendar days used to be 3-4 days. So I guess I had 27 on average cycle. it was after marriage I started tracking my cycle around the 3,4,5 month I realized I was having 25/26 days cycle. I tried vitamin b6-12 and E. Any month I did, I use to have 27/28 days cycle. This year I have not tried anything after all my test and i have been on consistent 25 days circle. I have tried OPK last year from CD 10-13, I always get positive OPK. i did follicular tracking one month, on CD 10,13, it grew from 18 to 24cm or so. cant rembered exactly but the doctor said i was likely to ovulate on that 13th and by 15, I was told it had ruptured.
Do any1 have idea while I'm flowing on the 24th day?

Dostinex is for high Prolactin. Please let's be careful with self medicating on supplements and drugs. Don't just take one because someone did and got a BFP. Find out what the drug/supplement does and see if it relates to your challenge. Take care and God bless.

On the Egg Fast, you can take Green Tea Unsweetened or Sweetened with Zero Calorie Artificial Sweetener. You can't take natural Lemon or Ginger except you're referring to Lemon and/or Ginger Flavoured Green/Black Tea.

Sis, try You Tube videos, take notes on what the Stitches are called then go to knitting websites, download patterns and follow the patterns to make the items. That's how I thought myself how to Crotchet. I googled a list of all the Crotchet stitches, looked for video explanation on each stitch, practised and learnt each one, then downloaded patterns of simple items and followed the Stitches listed in the patterns. Note that Crocheting is different from Knitting. Crotchet is done with 1 Crochet Hook while Knitting is done with 2 Long Knitting Pins or a Knitting Loom or a Knitting Machine.
Fvine: There's also another diet that I've done in the past that worked, I was losing about 3-4kg in the 7-8days of the diet. It's called the GM (General Motors Diet). Don't be surprised, I've battled weight almost all my adult life and have tried out several diets and products.
Some did work but I didn't change my eating habit after the weightloss and I always gain it ll back. That was my mistake but I've learnt. I've weighed in 94kg at my highest and currently weight 79.something kg to 80kg, it fluctuates like that. I use a digital scale so it shows me the points.

EGG FAST DIET DETAILS (Copied from the Facebook Group with some editions and insertions of what I did)
*INSTRUCTIONS: READ THIS FIRST (this was created by Jimmy Moore, a 289 lb / 135.45kg man, so adjust it to suit yourself). He called this his "egg fest" and yes we call it an egg fast because we are fasting from other food groups.
1. Must eat eggs as the primary source of fat and protein. (no meat just egg) 2. 1 tablespoon of butter (Real Butter Squares found in Supermarket Fridges) or Mayonnaise or Coconut Oil or Olive Oil to be taken per Egg consumed. 3. I must eat an egg no later than 30 minutes after waking (NOT COMPULSORY) 4. The egg meals ideally should be eaten every 3 hours, but not more than every 5 hours. (NOT COMPULSORY) Eat when you feel like it. 5. I will follow this schedule even if I'm not hungry, however I'll only have 1 egg when that happens. (NOT COMPULSORY) 6. Which means you should already be following a LCHF (Low Carb, High Fat diet) long before attempting the egg fast. (NOT COMPULSORY, I jumped in from our regular 9ja eating) Do not add vegetables or meat until you are done your fasting period. Fasting period is a minimum of 3 days. 5 days to make it worth while. You can do this for as long as 1month just like Jimmy Moore the Originator. I did mine for 10 days at each time I Egg Fasted). Many of us are doing 5 days fasting 2 days regular LCHF. For example, avocados and nuts have carbs. We do NOT add them in the fasting days. We do NOT use bacon fat in place of butter. Bacon has added preservatives, sugars, nitrites/nitrates etc. and it all ends up in the fat. Keep that for your regular LCHF diet but not when fasting. Please do not be afraid to ask legitimate questions though. Some folks drink BPC in the morning instead of eating eggs first and that's okay. It is all about what you can stomach in the morning and that's ok to adapt for yourself. Eggs can be eaten in various yummy forms and yes only eggs is what you'll be eating. You won't feel hungry at all cos Protein is filling but just in case you do, just eat more eggs as there's no maximum you can eat in a day. When I started 1st & 2nd day, I ate 12 eggs. It's safe and no cholesterol issues I did a before and after lab test and even had better after results. Besides you won't be doing this permanently, once you drop of the weigh, you start healthy eating and exercising which will keep of the weight lost and may even help you lose more. Baking Soda is very different from Baking Powder. Baking Soda is also known as Bicarbonate of Soda. See the attached picture. If you intend drinking it, please drink no more than 3 teaspoons per day. Ensure it is completely dissolved in water and no residues at the bottom of the cup before drinking. It's preferable to do the Baking Soda Finger 30mins to 1hour before sex.

Mamas here have successfully used either Guaifebao or Clean Point to unblock their tubes. But know it that conception is very possible with one tube so don't fret or get depressed.

When you say no sperm count,do you mean no sample at all or there's sample but none is alive or abnormal,no motility etc.

You brought a smile to my face, am glad it worked for you. Your Vits are OK. Please take less than or no more than 1000iu of Vit E. I also think you shouldn't take M2tone and Ovacare at the same time. You can maybe take M2tone during the follicular phase and then Ovacare during the Luteal phase. I think the Bitter leaf should be OK with Clomid. But bad with Metformin. Bitterleaf can drop Sugar levels quite low and Metformin also works on Sugar levels so I'd be an overkill that can be dangerous. So Mamas taking Metformin and/or Inositol/Myo-Inositol take note and be cautious with the bitter leaf juice that's if at all you decide to try it out.

Clomid is taken during AF for 5 days usually 2-6, 3-7, 5-9. More Eggs are said to be produced if taken 2-6 & 3-7 while 5-9 produces 1 or 2 eggs but with a greater quality. Some Drs prescribe the tablets to be taking Morn and Night while some prescribe it to be taken at once. Whichever prescription you get, ensure you take at the same time each day. Some Drs also do extended dosage where they've tried and the patient didn't respond well to the drugs in a previous cycle. Clomid doesn't mix with Maca so if you're on Maca then please stop the Maca. Get Preseed, it helps with dry Veejay that can come with a Clomid cycle. I wish you a bfp this cycle. Take care.

So i was sent for an hvs and mcs test both came back clean except for heavy growth of candida. The doctor said i just wasted my money on the test cos candida cannot hamper conception how true is that? He sha gave me a drug for it. Now he said if i insist on investigations now i should go for pelvic uss and ovulation profile but that he would advise me to just relax and let things happen. I went to the lab to make enquires for the test and the price made me take to my heels. Ok so i guess i'll stay put and keep looking unto God. Someone was asking about b6 and i heard it helps with progesterone whn do i start taking it? After ovulation right? Abeg i knw my wahala is plenty but biko na as e dey for my mind i dey type o. Meanwhile the doctor said he will disregard the progesterone lab result cos it was done on cd2. How true is dat? HELP PLS!!!!!
At CD2, your progesterone is supposed to be low about <1.5. The Progesterone levels used for checking Ovulation and support for Pregnancy is 7dpo if you know when Ovulation happened or CD21. God bless.

For my own personal experience, I and DH decided to wait to TTC after marriage because we had this same mentality of your DH, my Dad warned me and told us that children bring open doors and hardly will you have a child without finding a means to take care of yourself and baby. He advised us to have at least one child, see how it goes and then decide if we want to continue or wait but I didn't listen. Nothing the man no talk and preach but I refused because of my DH, Ikm was doing "Love killli me I die, I love my husband, I must obey and respect him bla bla bla" At some point the man gave up & told me that I'll regret waiting to conceive and guess what I and my DH now regret it but have tried to put it behind us.
