haibe: You are just very right, in a country like scotland where the men have always been known for wearing skirts, its not bad, but in a country like nigeria, its not just right even as it is for women wearing trousers and that's what have been trying to explain, thank God at least one person has a clue of what have been saying since. The thing is that once men start wearing skirts, it will eventually become acceptable and we wouldn't see any thing wrong with it anymore just like that of the female, its only someone who understands where the world is going to that will know its not right.

To be candid, I dont see how wat u are wearing can take u to hell as long as you are well covered. Clothing is meant to cover your unclothedness, so as long as you are well covered then itz ok. Whether u wear skirt or trouser is simply cultural, not scriptural.

2good: Is it not obvious your prayers doesn't work? All we need to do is sit down with ourselves on a round table and agree on how we want to live together in peace. Praying till eternity will not solve any problem.

My friend, prayers has always worked and will always continue to work whether u believe it or not. Our problem in this country is that we pray a lot but we dont watch. Most Nigerians go back to their sins even after praying, so how do u expect such a prayer to be answered.

your clothing is cultural: in certain cultures (such as wt the Scots), men wear skirts, so does that mean that the men are sinning against God? It may be wrong to wear skit in Nigeria if u are a man but not in Scotland. Just dress decent and be acceptable in the society.

PStylish: I think the only option the Christians up there are left with is this.
Hopefully, it will bring an end to the Boko Haram menace in their territory.
Kaduna is not even a muslim state neither is the governor one so why should christians there be terrorized and killed week-in week-out?

It may also lead to an escalation and thus more violence. This is disturbing; I fear for the unity of my country.

Daily Trust has confirmed that at least 13 people lost their lives in the bomb attacks on three churches in Kaduna this morning.

In addition, about 11 others have been killed in reprisal attacks across the town.

According to Dr. Taylor Adeyemi, the acting Chief Medical Director of St. Luke's hospital in Wusasa, 40 victims, mostly children were brought into their hospital following the blast at ECWA in Wusasa. Of this number, three were dead on arrival.

From the blast at the Christ the King Cathedral at No. 80 Yoruba street Daily Trust confirmed 10 dead and over 50 injured. Daily Trust is yet to get details of the casualties from the Trikania attack.

Meanwhile, the Kaduna state government has imposed a dusk-to-dawn curfew to bring the volatile situation under control.

Three churches were attacked this morning by suicide bombers in Kaduna. One went off at the Evangelical Church of West Africa (ECWA) church, Wusasa and another at the Christ the King Cathedral Catholic church at No. 80, Yoruba Street, Sabon Gari, Zaria, just behind the Army Depot, Zaria where all Nigerian soldiers receive their basic training. The third church, Shalom Church at Trikania close to Abuja Fly over and Textile Labour house, was hit by multiple explosions around 10:17am.

Also, about 35 victims of the reprisal attacks that followed the bombing have been taken to St. Gerard's Hospital within the metropolis according to the hospitals public relations officer. Seven of them were dead on arrival, burnt by their presumed assailants.

The explosions sparked violence in Kaduna as christian youths retaliated, moving around with cutlasses and sticks among other weapons. Sources say the youths burnt a mosque at Television area and another at Gonin Gora was broken into and vandalised in retaliation for the attacks on the three churches.

Men of Operation Yaki are said to have taken charge of the situation, especially around Goningora which is along the Abuja-Kaduna expressway and where Christian youths were beginning to get violent. An eyewitness told Daily Trust he saw four dead bodies near the Goningora mosque. Other trouble spots so far identified are Sabon Tasha, Trikania, Television area, Tudun Wada and Unguwan Romi.

Road blocks have been set up at strategic areas and traffic along the expressway which was initially halted has resumed but with military escorts.. Other areas of Kaduna metropolis are experiencing an uneasy calm.

Pop musician Chris Brown and Canadian born rapper, Drake were both involved in a fight at the US night club, over pop princess and Brown’s ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

The two musicians have been reportedly grudging each other, especially when Chris found out that Drake was having an affair with Rihanna.

At the club, Chris sent a bottle of champagne to Drake’s table as a sign of friendship unfortunately Drake returned the bottle back with a note referring to Rihannna, saying “Am having an affair with the love of your life so deal with it”.

Chris angrily went to confront Drake, and reports have it that Drake punched Chris Brown in the face and before Chris could retaliate; someone hit Chris in the mouth with a bottle, bruising his chin badly.

Chris, showed the bleeding chin to his ten million followers before taking himself to hospital.

The New York Police department confirmed to the Global Grind that the two singers’ crews got into a fight at Manhattan nightclub – 5 people were injured in the melee including Chris’ bodyguard who suffered a serious cut to the head, two other men and two women suffered minor cuts. At least three were hospitalised.

Police were looking at surveillance footage and talking to patrons who witnessed the melee. No arrests have been made and no complaints filed.

Drake has today denied he was involved in ‘any kind last night at W.i.P.’ His spokeswoman said in a statement: ‘He was on his way out of the club when the altercation began.
