You will be told that the duty of the court is to explore all avenues to heal the union and only on grounds of irreconcilable differences are divorces granted.

So in essence, for me, a marriage less than a year has no reason to be annulled even sexual immorality won't suffice if the man is a practising xtian. Remember our standard is supposed to be higher than the world standards at least. Ask urself if it was d man cheating won't the woman be encouraged to stay even by other pastors wives? Marriage isn't for boys and maturity isn't a function of age.

Apostle Paul was speaking to the church in admonition to how they where supposed to live. I believe it was a sound doctrine he preached.
But hear Jesus himself "But I say to you that everyone who divorces his wife, except on the ground of sexual immorality, makes her commit adultery, and whoever marries a divorced woman commits adultery." Matt 5:32

If I understand your post, a Christian brother just got divorced traditionally and wants to marry a born again Christian sister.
The morality of what is right and wrong in it is an issue of perception... If the folks involved are really born again spirit filled people, then they must ought to be led by the spirit of God. In which case they both should know the morality of what they want to do... The Holy Spirit isn't an author of confusion.
That being said, the issue of being led, is a function of maturity as a born again xtian by degree of yieldedness of the believer. So to the degree a person is totally yielded to the spirit, is the degree to which the spirit can lead the person.
I judge no man as to what is right or wrong, but I know, that everyone knows especially in issues about the opposite sex, when they are living according to the flesh and when it's done spirit they are yielding to.
